“I am sharing this for those of you who are active in outdoor sports and activities but struggle in this heat. I have to give major props to this product. Not only is it really good for pain relief, but I realized tonight it also has another incredible feature. I was playing a tennis match this evening in this awful heat (96 degrees felt like 104) About 45 min into the match I started feeling nauseous from the heat. I was using frog tog towel and drinking liquid IV and had pre hydrated appropriately. Well it dawned on me to try to out this roll-on for its cooling properties on my neck, chest, and the backs of my wrists and knees. Well it made a major difference! I realized that somewhere around 10 min later the nausea had subsided and the coolng feeling lasted for the rest of my match. I give this product the utmost credit for enabling me to play for 2 hours 15 min. Without it I have a strong feeling I would have been retiring the match for heat reasons.
