I bought my Volvo XC90 in February and began having issues with it starting. I took it into Volvo and they working diligently to determine what the issue was. Nick, a service representative, took my call and scheduled my appointment. He updated me during the time that they had my car. He provided me with a loaner car so that I could have something to drive while my car was with them for almost a month. Nick went above and beyond with accommodating me and making it easier for me with my newborn baby and having to deal with car issues. I am very appreciative of Volvos customer service! Thank you to Spencer for assisting me with my car seat base and making sure I had everything I needed when transitioning back to my car when picking it up!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this dealership. I was asked for “proof of residency” even though I had already provided both my driver’s license and Social Security card. This request felt discriminatory and made me feel like I did not deserve the opportunity to purchase the car I was interested in. No customer should be treated this way.
Additionally, during my test drive of the car I wanted, the manager took my personal vehicle (which I was trading in) without asking for permission and drove it at a very high speed. This was extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and disrespectful.
Overall, this experience left me feeling disrespected, judged, and discriminated against. I would not recommend this dealership, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to change the way they treat customers in the future.

Today at Jenkins Volvo my sister and I met Nick Clemson, our service advisor… wonderful and so professional and helpful. Then a gentleman named Ortavies Lane engaged us as we were waiting for our car and he was so personable, engaging and sweet. Good people working for a very customer-centric company. Excellent dealer-highly recommend!

While driving back to Venice, Florida from a long distance trip to Buffalo, New York, our fuel door was stuck closed. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves, but it wouldn’t open. Needing gas, we decided to drive towards the nearest Volvo dealership, which was in Ocala and call the service department. The service manager walked us through several possible fixes until we were able to get it open. He was pleasant, polite and professional. Now that’s what service should be! Thank you, and Go Bills!

I don’t generally write reviews , however , this dealership deserves a glowing endorsement ! From the moment I walked into the dealership I was met with professionalism , no pushy old school salespeople . They listened to what I wanted , gave me knowledge about the different options , prices , and vehicle packages . They actually sent me out the door with the vehicle to try for the afternoon . Not only was the sales team fantastic , the service department stood behind a hand shake and promise and replaced a very expensive hybrid part for free after the sale. If you are in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle , Jenkins Volvo Subaru is the place to go First! My salesman Brian Silverio was exceptionally knowledgeable about the cars and spent hours patiently helping me with my endless array of questions . He made sure I was completely comfortable with my vehicle’s technology and gave me his cell phone number just in case . Lastly, With 500Hp , hybrid economy , and comfort that surpassed the BMW AND Lexus I can honestly say this isn’t your mother’s Volvo!
Many Thanks for such a positive experience !
Best,
Claire Silver

Ok, not a shill, but, another nice visit. Ortavies showed me the new Solterra EV. I had brought my Volvo in for a software update, so I wasn't in the market, but it looks like a fine vehicle. Nick, Anissa, and Jonathan in the service department were helpful and cordial. The update took a little longer than I expected, but Anissa explained that intermediate updates need to be installed first which adds to the wait.
econd time here. Anissa was again charming and helpful. Ben in the parts department was also quite helpful. It took a little while to check on a rarely requested part, but he came and found me. Volvo maintenance was free.

I cannot recommend the service department here enough. I brought my vehicle in for AC issues and they treated me with the best service. I was treated like I was the only customer there even though they were very busy, I received updates about the repair and the bill, and the service manager Tony even called me to discuss what was going on. My AC is blowing ice cold and strong. I would recommend them to anyone for an excellent service experience 10/10.

I went in for the 2 year maintenance on my Volvo. Nick Clemson was my service advisor and he was pleasant and attentive letting me know the status and keeping me informed. I also met the general manager Mark McArdle and the salesperson Kris Perez who were both outstanding. They knew I was not purchasing a car and was there for service but they stopped to spend time with me, show me the latest models and tell me what the next models would look like in the upcoming refresh. They let me test drive a car and if I had been in the market for a new car I probably would have bought it. This is my 2nd time at the dealer for routine service and both times have exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to the dealership moving to the new location.

My daughter needed to buy a new car, hers had 185,000 miles and was tired. She researched a safe SUV for my granddaughters and found the Subaru Forester at the top of the list. As her dad I'm the chief negotiator on these type of things. We own another brand and weren't familiar with the Subaru. We took a test drive of the Forester and then another brand we own. We went back and purchased the Forester. Adrian our salesman and his coworkers and supervisors were fabulous. No high pressure or lies. Couldn't have been nicer to her or her family. It's a smaller dealership than those on SR 200 so it's a smaller tight group of very nice people. I highly recommend you give the Subaru a shot, its a really nice vehicle. Bruce Munster

Brought in my 2019 T6 for a/c, outlet and fuse changes turned into a $7,400 bill...I am stunned...Heard Jenkins was not a cheap repair but this is outrageous...One last comment, when I dropped the car off on Friday, I received a call within minutes about trading in this vehilce...Don't trust this dealership...

Way too expensive. Took advantage of the customer. Please be aware that the Mechanic will charge you $240.00 per hour. Watch out! Please check with other places before going there.

I recently went in for my 80,000 mile service on my 2022 Volvo. The service team within minutes sent me a full video review of everything they saw with the car nothing other than standard maintenance was needed and we were good to go in about 30-45 mins. The waiting area was comfortable with numerous amenities and friendly folks. It was very clean as well.
I had no intention of buying or leasing a new car. I’ve been through the “just lets us show you” high pressure sales pitches before and was clear on that when Carl approached me and asked if we had considered trading in. There was nothing wrong with the car. Service for 4 years has been excellent in three different states (something I could not claim with my Benz which was why we purchased this in 2021) Carl simply showed me the new equivalent car to ours and what combinations they had on the lot. Showed me purchase and leasing costs and walked away. ZERO pressure a week later we returned and leased a new 2025 because for us the numbers worked we saved money. Got a new reliable vehicle, safe, less than 150 miles on it and the service on everything was fully included in the package we chose (which we did last time too).
We were in and out in under an hour having done the approval process during the day remotely. Heather in the finance department was a gem as well.
I would 100% do business with Jenkins again and would have to say in 50 years of purchasing cars this was hands down the best experience ever. (I should note it’s a long road because I literally loathe car purchasing, home purchasing anything that is a big purchase) These team was respectful and made it easy. Thank you Carl and Heather and everyone on the Jenkins team
