Cat is knowledgeable, compassionate, and an asset to this Walgreens location. Her level of customer service was exemplary. I appreciated the selection of medical devices available and the prices were fair.

Cat gave us fantastic service and helped us get the medical devices our mother needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This store is blessed to have her.

After 40 years of being a loyal customer, I'm going to CVS because of # Walgreens' decision to bow to political pressure and not sell mifepristone in red states.

The male pharmacist I talked to was very rude to me and my mother when I was trying to get a medicine filled. My mother picked it up for me and he was questioning her why I haven’t taken the medicine since ‘21 which is a personal question discussed between my doctor and I which my doctor prescribed me this medicine knowing my history. It is none of his concern and he took things too far.

Stuck up c*nt pharmacist (Indian woman with a bad orange ombré straight out of 2016) denied my Diabetic Fiancé insulin needles. He tried to show his ID that says INSULIN DEPENDENT to her and she wouldn’t even look. She went to “check for the needles” but actually whispered something to a tech who returned with some made up bs about “we haven’t had non prescription insulin needles since before covid” which he later contradicted himself by saying, it’s not up to me, it’s up to the pharmacist if I can sell them to you. When my Fiancé asked for her name so he could complain to corporate, the tech lied yet again and said “idk, she doesn’t usually work here”. So all because she wanted to judge my fiancé despite having PROOF OF DIABETES, he now has to reuse dirty needles or literally die. The fact that it’s quite literally life or death for him made him emotional to which little miss god complex responded by closing the shutters in his face.

Indian pharmacist woman was stuck up and rude. I was denied insulin needles despite proof of insulin dependence on my ID. She wouldn’t even look at it. She and the tech made up lie after lie about why they couldn’t sell them to me and when I became emotional (because now my options are literally use dirty needles or die) she began closing the shutters on me. I think it should be illegal for sociopaths to work in medicine.

I came here to print a photo. None of the staff knew how to print a print a photo, they were uninterested in helping me, and they all smelled like they never take showers.

I made an appointment for a Covid test, arrived 10 minutes early and they told me they already ran out. I got 3 confirmation emails and texts when I made the appt but they couldn't send one telling me not to bother? It was pouring rain, a warning would have been nice. What a farce.

I made an appointment about a week in advance here to get my COVID vaccine booster. When I gave them my vaccine card, I was told that since I'd only had one shot I wasn't fully vaccinated and then I explained that it was the J&J shot and then was told that they didn't have the J&J there so I couldn't get a booster. AND THEN I explained that the CDC had approved the mixing of vaccines for a booster shot. AND THEN I was told that it hadn't been long enough for me to receive a booster. I had my vaccine on April 8 2021....over seven months ago. The CDC recommendation is 2 months for J&J and 6 months for Pfizer and Moderna. The pharmacist technician told me that the pharmacist there didn't follow CDC guidelines and they had their own system. So...I was done arguing with her so I went over to the Walgreens on Maricamp and they believe in science and follow CDC guidelines there and I received my booster without having an argument. I don't know what the issue is at this Walgreens but I prefer my pharmacy to give a s*** about keeping me healthy and if you do too, don't go to this Walgreens.
