I've been coming to this Walgreens for years! Every time I come I always get treated with kindness & greeted with a smile in the Pharmacy! As soon as I walk in the front counter greets me with a big beautiful hello & a smile! I love my Walgreens! I would recommend this Walgreens to everybody!

Horrible Customer Service! I will not go back to this store and definitely not their pharmacy! The pharmacist is a racist person discriminating against out-of-state patients by not allowing them to fill their prescription because she said only locals that regularly fill this script in their store are taken care of with this particular medication. Unbelievable! I'm so disgusted and disappointed with the way I was treated by this store and if I need to ever go back I will definitely only do so on an emergency basis. PSA: Do not patronize this store if you don't have to.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I interacted with about 4 staff members and everyone provided exceptional service. I highly recommend shopping here. I will return for sure!

I am a diabetic and I went to this Walgreens to buy a pack of syringes because my sugar was really high and I needed to take a shot so after standing on a long line I asked the farmasist for a bag of syringes but I couldn't remember the size he wouldn't sell them to me he treated me like if I wanted them to use drugs even though I have on a sensor that tells me my blood sugar levels he still treated me like if I was scum under his shoes and inbarresed me in front of a long line of people I will never return to this store again and I will never recommend this store to anyone

Pharmacist went above and beyond to help us fill a prescription that we had sent to another pharmacy (not Walgreen) and he did everything he could .. thank you so much!

We went into the store for passport photos. The photo attendant gave up. We were trying to photograph two kids. She only gave two chances before she gave up. Other employees refused to assist.

Made appointment for Covid booster and confirmed appointment. Waited half hr on line when we were informed they didn’t have any in stock. Plus he was rude like he couldn’t be bothered.

The pharmacy over charges by a lot! And they do not honor goodrx coupon prices either. The girl in front of me was having the same issues. The people behind the counter didn't know what they were doing either. I felt bad for the girl but the guy (his apron said "Ram" was very rude and unprofessional. When I told him I had a GoodRx coupon he scoffed and said "of course you do" and when he brought over my medication he tossed it aside on the counter in anger. He kept trying to tell me the price was better if I didn't use the coupons. The coupons brought it to about $50, he was trying to say paying over $70 was better. I ended up paying $60. I will never be back here again. I just moved to the area and chose Walgreens because it thought they were a trustworthy company. Absolutely not.

Awful. I proceeded in. Asked where western union machine was. Told by employee. Processed my wire transaction. In this store. The cashier Nicole informed me. Sorry that one register is down for a bit. The manager with short blonde hair had no idea when register was going to be fixed . I went in at noon. Why didn't terminal have a sign.? Why weren't all employees informed. ? The wire was at this store. It took other Walgreens almost an hour with western union to transfer wire. The 17th Street was extremely unprofessional and not helpful . Problem easily prevented if I was informed not to process my wire. 3 blind mice.

This pharmacy location is convenient for me, but you never know what you’re going to get with the employees. Sometimes they are fairly nice and helpful but a lot of the time they are quite rude and act, as if you are totally inconveniencing them by even asking them a question.I don’t use many prescriptions, but the pharmacy is often out of the ones we are needing and usually have to wait a few days. When it takes me a few days to get there to pick up a prescription they are not very nice about holding it. I will give them one more try and if things don’t improve, I will definitely switch to a different pharmacy. It is usually a mad house inside so even if I have to wait 20 or 30 minutes I still use the drive-through.

This isn’t even my closest Walgreens, but I go specifically to this one. I love the staff in the pharmacy they know me pretty well by now, the pharmacy, and pharmacist staff have always tried to help me, and have been more then polite! As well as the Walgreens staff as checking out! Thank you guys! Walgreens is always a little high priced, but it’s a drug store!

Clean store and well stocked shelves. Uncluttered aisles. Each aisle marked with categories making it easier to locate things. Deep discount on items for sale. Nice selection of cold drinks.

I don't even understand how Walgreens is still in business. I have now switched to three different stores hoping that there would be a higher level of competence, no such luck. In the past year I have had more prescriptions lost than I have picked up out of the past 5 months alone three of which I have had to sit on the phone for over an hour between my doctor's office and the pharmacy just trying to figure out why there's no prescription there. Then this specific Walgreens had me freaking out on my pediatrician, because medication that was desperately needed by my son and the prescription once again could not be found, 2 days 2 days this little boy went with no medication and bronchitis. Next time I went to the pediatrician they showed me the paperwork 9 times. Nine freaking times they sent thise prescriptions in. Yet it wasn't until the third day that when I walked in they were finally there if my insurance covered any other pharmacy I would never walk into another Walgreens again.

4/4/22: they say they open at 9 and here I sit few minutes after 9 and they are not open!!!update: here it is Jan 14 and still my prescription is not ready when it was sent in on Jan 11. and the app shows it would be available by 11 am on the 13th... picture shown below. evidence speaks for itself.this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my whole entire life! I switched to Walgreens only because CVS stopped accepting my insurance if it was for me I would still be at CVS. these people at the pharmacy tell you it'll be ready at a certain time and you get here and they tell you half an hour so then when you come back an hour and a half later after the half an hour they still don't have it ready and they tell you another half an hour so then you wait a half an hour and it's still not ready at that half an hour mark so how many half an hour do you have to give somebody for you to actually have the prescription ready that they told you would be ready 5 hours ago?. I do not recommend Walgreens at all for prescriptions but I especially do not recommend this specific Walgreens for any kind of prescriptions because I'm not the only one having problems everybody who has been here every single time and I waited in line for 20 30 45 minutes has the same problem that I'm having!!!
