We need to start complaining to Medicare \u0026 our Insurance providers for turning our Pharmacists into Dr's. The reason I just spent 1 1/2 hrs on hold 2 times \u0026 got cut off each time, is because Walgreens is too busy playing Dr \u0026 giving Flu \u0026 Covid shots! Ever since the pandemic \u0026 they were forced to do Covid shots, the customer service has went way down hill. We can't get thru on the phone \u0026 if we do, it's after waiting forever. They're ALWAYS short handed or training new people, so things get messed up. My NEW Dr, just told me that he DOESN'T CARRY ANY VACCINES at all in his office! Even though the Pneumonia vaccine is ONLY supposed to be given by your Dr. So yes, Walgreens has severe problems with their service, but alot of it stems from them being forced to play Dr. IF YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION, HOLD YOUR DR ACCOUNTABLE \u0026DEMAND THAT THEY DO YOUR VACCINES, instead of making you go to the pharmacy. If you go to the pharmacy to get vaccines \u0026 you have the option to get it done by your Dr, then you are part of the problem!.

This has to be the worst of the worst Walgreens and thats saying alot. I typically go to smaller locally owned pharmacy rather than the larger chain and this Walgreens is a prime example of why. I've had to go to this Walgreens a few times to pickup something for a friend and they are consistent at providing horrible customer service. This review is exclusively what happened my last visit on November 23, 2022. It all started with waiting 40 minutes in line a drive through with only 2 cars in front of me . I was picking a prescription for a friend which yes was a narcotic and I can understand they need to be handled differently. So in addition to the 40 minutes waiting in line they took 20 minutes looking for it only to be told that the lost the prescription yes lost a narcoticThe cashier at the window said they would have to fill it again and that they are kept in a time release safe and that would be 20 minutes and I needed to come in. Reluctantly I did however the 20 minutes quickly became 90 minutes. I sat there in the pharmacy waiting area in shock of what I was witnessing. First they were about 5 people in line and no one greeted anyone for 3 to 5 minutes while they talked about something they watched on TV the night before. Than another cashier was on her cell phone talking about what she was going to do for Thanksgiving when the pharmacy phone rang which she let it ring for about 6 times only to answer and put them on hold while she continued her personal call which she continued until someone walked up which the caller was still on hold which she finally answered. The saddest part of this it took them 6 hours to fill the prescription. There is a CVS just down the street with much better staff, I had my friend move their prescriptions there.

I was on the phone from 7PM to 7:30PM to notify the pharmacy I was driving from Marion Oaks per Marion Oaks Walgreens pharmacy instruction. I had to call back multiple times because they would answer and then hang up and I'd have to go through the process all over again. I just had surgery and this is the last thing I needed. I didn't appreciate the attitude once I got there either. I'm aloud to be disappointed with poor customer service. If you don't like it, then do a better job. When I got there three employees were in the pharmacy and only one person in line. Do better. And apologize when you're wrong. Everyone is understaffed you guys were not over burdened at the time and just didn't want to answer the phone.

Drive thru RX pickup takes 20 minutes per car at its fastest. Dave expensive gasoline by picking up RX s inside. Not many parking spaces if you do go inside. Poor planning.

This Walgreens has really gone downhill. They have a problem with a prescription and I am supposed to call the pharmacy to get it straightened out. I have been on hold for 1hour and 45 minutes so far. I don't find this acceptable. Last time I had 4 prescriptions to pick up. They texted me that the prescriptions were ready, I went to pick them up and they weren't ready. This happened 4 times. This store is a mess.

I had a 10 AM appointment for a Covid booster. I arrive 10 minutes early and the pharmacy was not functioning very well. They had a new person who was the only one at the front windows. Every person who walked up she had a problem with either finding the medication or entering the data or whatever. She started to enter my information apparently made a mistake and tried to redo it. Whatever happened she couldn't get into the system to register me and asked me to take a seat. She asked other people to help but they were busy and others were not busy but for some reason couldn't help. At 10:30 I walked out. I had filled out the information online, but they always have you fill out the forms again because they say they can't access the information online. I went home and registered for an appointment with Publix. While I was there I observed three people who came to pick up prescriptions that were supposed to be ready but when they looked for them they couldn't find them. The lines just stood there and didn't move. I would not recommend this Pharmacy to anyone .7921 SW Hwy 200Walgreens 7921 SR 200 Ocala Fl 34476

Horrible customer service. Gave me 2 refills with another order then when I went back to return them they told me they couldn't take it back and blamed me the customer for not checking the bag, instead of apologizing for not explaining what they gave me in a stapled and closed back and that they NEVER communicated they were giving me a back order??? That's what they called it and didn't take any accountability in the fact that what they gave me only had 1 refill available but yet they gave me 2 boxes??!!! Ridiculous, unprofessional, and blatantly stupid!

I scheduled online an appt for a covid test. I used the Walgreen app. The fasted app I could get was 2 days away. When I arrived for the appt they had no record of the appt. I did have the confirmation date, time ,etc. They said they would not do a walk in test and offered an appt the next day.,....too late for me.DO NOT RECOMEND USING THERE APP
