The staff has always been very helpful in the two years that I've been here. The pharmacist is nice and although there are the occasional long lines, I've never felt rushed when it was my turn. I've appreciated their assistance every time I've needed it.

Worst walgreens I have ever been to in Florida hands down. Employees are clueless. Long check out lines and it takes forever for the cashier to call for "I see three" which means a call for backup to open an additional register (i know this because i used to work for walgreens). Cashier system POS always seems to have an issue, item won't scan or rewards won't work. Employee excuse is the rain. I work in IT and got a degree in IT and I have never heard a rewards system being down because of the rain.

I’m a prescriber. Can’t call into the pharmacy. They keep hanging up on me. Not safe patient care. Will be advising all patients to use another pharmacy

Every single time I’ve come here I have to solve an issue that stems from Walgreens Pharmacy. My doctor sends the refills and prescription in with no problem. But once this pharmacy gets the prescriptions to fill or refill, out of no where issues arise. The main issue for me is staff not reading in detail THE ENTIRE script. Every time they blame it on the doc not sending in prescriptions and I have to ask them to re read the script for them to get it right. Going to have to go to another pharmacy.

The annoyance I feel when coming here is not due to Walgreens fault, rather it is a feature of my insurance. These people seem to want to work with you, and although they are slow, and there is always someone in line now days, they are pretty decent and seem to help. The nice thing is the rewards program they have that lets you save up points to get things like money off of candy and items like that. The thing to do is to watch for specials and when things are on sale, that is the time to buy items and such things. The dive through is annoying to the max because there is always a line of cars there, and each car seems to take forever ... except for me. But when you get to the window, even following right on the bumper of the car in front of you, the person at the windows has disappeared ... amazing trick, but I didn't come here to see tricks..

The absolute worst pharmacy. They are unknowledgeable in billing and medical health care plans. They need to educate their staff and train them accordingly. We would much rather drive several miles to CVS because we never have a problem with them.

I know ... there are Walgreens on every corner nearly, and with this amazing diversity, why come here? Well, I could do the old real estate thing ... location, location, location ... this is convenient if you are going to Ocala, Bellview, Dunnelion, or even Orlando ... in that it is about a mile or so from I75 on Hwy 484. But more than that, this location has a lot of stuff besides drugs ... like propane if your tank is running empty ... or even a lot of snacks, candy, and light food ... right now there is lots of Easter candy out and so that is a good thing. But in the end, the thing that makes this place worth a stop is that it is staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people.
