I left work early to get my vaccine and even made an online appointment for 6:30 PM. When I arrived, they told me they couldn’t do it because they were short-staffed and that I should go to another Walgreens. This is ridiculous!

I am writing because every time I get my medications is an issue all these regulations different information that's given to me by staff and then when I get my medicine I can't get it because I was falsely wrongly informed people are in pain and needing their medication and just delays their meds

I went into store for memorial day wknd., my wife asked to use restroom, the lady rudely said it's closed, I didn't buy anything there, because of that, here in Broward, we can use, ridiculous, went to shell nxt. door, no issues, the lady was super kind, bought stuff from shell convenient store.

I just wanted to say Yentl provided me with stellar customer service, she was stocking merchandise all the way to back of the store, she acknowledged me right away., stoped what she was doing and helped me out promptly.

I love this location! Susan who works in the makeup section is so kind and helpful. Very laxed vibe here and easy to get help with anything! I drive a little farther to go to this Walgreens instead of the one down the street from me.

I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy. I've gotten the same script for many years. Last thursday I went to pick it up and they only had 5 days supply. So I got the 5 order. None on Friday. I was told on Monday I could get them. At 1pm they still didn't have them. They said a lot of people take them. I asked why they don't order more and have them available then. Now I have to check after 4pm. I get 30 days at a time. Not 5. I'm not spending my days going back and forth because they don't order enough. I need a new pharmacy. ?
