This might not mean nothing or do anything. Im hope this gets somewhere. Every time I come to this pharmacy people are just rude , they have an actitud , if they will not want to work. I have been coming to this pharmacy for the las 3 days because I need the medication and they keep telling me tomorrow will be ready. Try to talk "manager" they are not able to help. Imagine you trying to get your medicine something very important and everyone here just not caring while playing with peoples health.

The employees who work up front are usually extremely wonderful especially the ones that work at night. The pharmacy does have its issues but the actual store side staff are excellent.

We are displaced by the hurricane, some of us have lost our homes and after calling to confirm my 80 year old fathers medication was available we had the pharmacy gate rolled down as we approached at 5, despite the posted closing time being 8. We asked someone if they would be able to help us but we're told they couldn't help as the pharmacist walked right past us and left. This is the first instance of Floridians refusing to help each other out we've experienced. We also used most of out hard to find gas to get there as well.

Dropped off 2 prescription and went back 3 days later. Was told one was on back order and to come back in a few days or they would call me. Never got a call and went back 1 week and then told prescription now expired and can’t fill. Courtesy call would have been nice.

While I certainly understand mistakes are made on occasion, and certainly no business is perfect, the consistently high degree of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced at this location is off the chart. For example, I’ve filled several prescriptions in the past three days. One had another customer’s label/info on it (who knows where the label with my medical info, address, etc ended up!), and I had to REPEATEDLY return to pick-up two additional medications (since they were not ready as promised … side note, be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes, only to be told your order isn’t ready). Also, the tech questioned my doctor’s choice of medications in a very rude, condescending tone (completely unsolicited advice btw!), was adamant that my insurance was billed correctly and I had a sizable copay (wholly inaccurate info!), and proceeded to tell me I could “go to another pharmacy” when I had the audacity to point out their error! At the end of the day, the lack of professionalism at Walgreen’s worked in my favor … the Ocala Pharmacy (8290 SW Highway 200) is a pleasure to work with, and they offer much lower prices too … double bonus!

Steer, clear this Walgreens, the pharmacy Personnel need to be walked through every step of how to handel your rx. They went to school for this, they are getting pay over $100k to monitor and fill, but they will not call the dr or the insurance to fix an issue. I am fed up with this location.

Waited on telephone hold for about 10 minutes for someone to answer in the Pharmacy. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Male pharmacist (black curly hair) was rude and unprofessional. I actually witnessed this two other times earlier this week but it was directed at other customers. Today I was 45 mins into a "10 min wait" when I asked if I should come back as I was in severe pain. This guy rolled his eyes so I simply stated to him that he maybe surprised that those of us in here waiting are probably not feeling well. To this he replied "this isn't McDonald's" so he got the brunt end of my very colorful vocabulary as I walked out. I'd rather drive to Ft Lauderdale for an aspirin then get provoked by some punk 1/2 my age 1/3 of my size and 1/4 my intelligence. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The pharmacy my word that guy tech not the red hair one the one that has the white coat...manners none period ..other than that everyone else and everything is cool there they don't have things in stock and some employees look at you strange and dont speak but hey that there rudeness not mines that's y they made Google to hit u where it hurts

Indian female pharmacist and long hair goth looking male tech are absolutely rude and couldn’t explain the reason for the “policies” that have never been an issue in the last 5 years I’ve filled my scripts with them. Will now fill my scripts through CVS OR PUBLIX for now on.
