I like using Walgreens as a pharmacy they're usually pretty good but today it just completely frustrated me. I was picking up a couple of perscriptions but there was one in particular that I didn't want but I didn't remember the name of it. I told them it was a $4 one but I clearly said it was a syrup as I knew all the others were tablets. The people didn't confirm with me the name of the medicine they just took it off and afer I paid I realized I canceled the wrong one. Now I have to hope the doctor resends them the prescription and wait all over again. I'm very disappointed with my service today.

THE LADY WITH THE MID AGE WITH THE GLASSES IS REALLY UNHELPFUL AND SEEMS LIKE A RACIST, IT'S BEEN A WHILE THAT I NOTICED SHE'S ALWAYS VERY RUDE AT ME FOR NO REASON IF I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE!!

This pharmacy is an utter joke. Embarrassing compared to any other walgreens. Go to publixbor literally any other place. Definition of useless.

let me set the scene, i’m at my house, calling every store in a 15 mile radius, trying to find a place with primatine mist inhalers. i finally get through after being on hold for 10 minutes, they tell me they have it. i’m relieved that i get my medicine finally. i load up both my kids myself, drive all the way out here, unload the kids, only to see that the spot on the shelves is empty. so i go around and ask the pharmacist if they keep them behind the desk. it is 7:02pm. she said they do, which they didn’t tell me on the phone. and that they just closed 2 minutes prior, so they also can’t help me. which they ALSO didn’t inform me of. so that’s great. even the manager, who clearly makes salary who being “on the clock” isn’t even in the question, refuses to help me. so that’s great. thanks for going out of your way to help a bro out. don’t come here.

We've had a lot of problems with this location - Very poor customer service and not getting meds when promised. The employees seem to lack training in people skills and proper procedures. We've lost trust in their ability to properly manage our meds. We will be changing locations to one that is less convenient, but hopefully better and more confident.

Not a great experience. I pick up my prescriptions at other Walgreens often, but never have I had to wait for over 25 minutes at the drive thru. I sat at the window for quite awhile before anyone came by, and then waited for 15 more minutes while they went to get the prescription. It was called in the day prior and should have been ready, so I'm not sure where the time was spent. No comment from the associate as to the delay. And the person before me waited just as long for theirs if not longer. Will not be using this pharmacy again.

This place sorry as hell..They’re rude, incompetent and lie about the status of your prescriptions..They take all day to do what other pharmacies do in a matter of minutes.If I could give less than the one star I would because they aren’t even worthy of that.Complete joke and doesn’t value your time and care even less about your circumstances..If you’re in need of your medicine you may die before they can fill it.

Price of drugs constantly goes up - even with insurance - yet the service goes down. They take over a week to fill an RX. Then their systems are ALWAYS down and they want you to come back. They somehow manage to fill RX that you don’t want/need - but can’t process what you do need.
Glad our insurance says we no longer have to use them except for controlled substance RX.

Waited in line for over 15 mins was never acknowledged once another customer came in a young man came out to help him and still didn't offer to ring me up. This was poor treatment.

I always have a lot of questions and the pharmacy and the pharmacist. They are always so helpful and fill my prescriptions quickly and they give me peace of mind there will be no drug interactions!!!! Every single person in that pharmacy is the best!

The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription when other Walgreens filled it. Your pharmacist doesn’t get to judge people for the medications they are on. Walgreens you should fire her.
