Stood around waiting on a fill in pharmacy to finish her personal phone call before she could do a patient review of medications something that took 2 minutes ultimately took 1 and a half or more, usually their quick but this visit wasn’t very pleased with any part of it

I had a pharmacy order delivered. The driver was polite and courteous. However, they expressed that the woman at the pharmacy window was extremely rude.
I have experienced this myself in a previous order going through the drive-through. This poor customer service and totally unacceptable.

I use Walgreens pharmacy for my kids medicine and to load money. I have never once had a negative experience at any Walgreens they are always very friendly and helpful.
It would be great if every establishment had such employees but unfortunately we can't be that lucky. I give Walgreens a 10/10 they're great!
