This must be the most horrible pharmacy anywhere. They are rude. No two people have the same information. They are far from knowledgeable. They are almost always out of stock on meds needed by a certain date. I am a retired healthcare professional and to be treated with such disrespect is so shameful. I can only hope that they will do better if they lose enough customers.

I would advise people to NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy at 7921 SW Highway 200.The people that work there are incompetent.No wounder they are slowly going out of business.I would give Zero stars but that isn't an opition

My husband and I had appointments for flu, shingles and Covid booster shots. We arrived at this Walgreens store about 15 minutes prior to our appointments. The technician checked the appointment status on the computer, asked a few questions, had us sign a consent form, and then told us it would be about 20 minutes. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited, all while other people who arrived after us were called to get their shots. Finally, after waiting for 45 minutes, we were called to the consultation counter and asked for our Medicare and supplemental insurance cards. After about 10 additional minutes, they determined our Medicare Advantage plan did not have Walgreens as a preferred provider for these shots, and there was no coverage. I asked the technician why we had to wait so long after having an appointment, waiting for 45 minutes, and then they checked our insurance! That should have been done as soon as we arrived for our appointment. Never again! We're transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy people can be rude. I went to pick up my prescription and they told me that my medication won’t be in for several days. It would’ve been nice to get a email or a phone call before wasting a trip. We will be moving all our prescriptions to a friendlier pharmacy.

Clean, Pharmacy staff is hit or miss on if they have a clue on what's going on. Over all it is less then expected.

I have metastatic colon cancer, they texted to tell me my meds are ready for pickup. I arrive and was told they will be ready in 30 minutes. Waiting around I then get a call and told they are on order and won’t be available till following week, click the pharmacist hung up…. Really?? From the prior reviews are real. No customer service at all.

Scripts are never ready on time. They give you a time when to pick them up, but you have to wait 20 or 30 mins longer than the time they state. Unacceptable. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy.
