I m giving this a poor rating someone does something about the lack of handicap carts. I have wait or visit during too far off hours to get a cart.even thought this stop is bigger than silver springs store, it has 1 forth the amount of carts in the store. I time I asked was told only 4 in the whole store. Although they did get more, not even enough to meet the needs of those that really need them. Let everyone complain and maybe corporate will hear us less than mobile shoppers.

Aside from the fact that the women’s bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting, I’ve purchased parsley there twice, which had gnats crawling on it when I brought it home. I’ve never seen that from anywhere else, so now I get my produce from Publix instead. That’s just disgusting to me!

My husband and I will never shop here again. The elderly lady today that’s worked at Walmart for over 20 years probably needs to be retrained at how to speak to customers. We used the scan and go….she stopped my husband and when he showed her the receipt she was angry our groceries weren’t in bags and had a fit about it and said it’s Walmart policy that every item needs to be in a bag. Where is this policy listed? She also stated that to avoid trouble in the future that he better put everything in a bag. I think she thought we were shoplifting and decided to stop him with an attitude and found out we paid for our groceries. If you have this policy it needs to be listed in the app and at your self checkout registers. We shopped at Walmart longer than she’s worked there and spend a lot of money there (3,000 monthly) but as of today you lost customers. Also if it’s actually your policy I’d like to know why when she was asked if he needed to go back and bag them she said no? It’s why she stopped him in the first place and made a big deal about it.

No cashiers almost all self checkout. Unpredictable checkout time and lack of staff make the checkout process frustrating. Over all an uncomfortable experience.

So our rental unit decided to go from cable to streaming. Xumo, the Essential Streaming package, is the only choice for streaming. So all my tvs, minus one, won't accept Xumo. I went online and decided to purchase a Roku streaming box for $59.00. Better yet, I went to the nearest Walmart to purchase it there. When I asked a sales associate for the price of the Roku ultra, the price was different from the price online! I couldn't believe this! $59.00-online, $85+ in Walmart! so people, I feel, this is false advertising! I promise myself, from now on, I'll never use Walmart's website anymore. I'll shop more at the Amazon store from now on !

It's walmart. What else to say? Being forced into self checkouts because no normal checkout is open sucks. I don't work there!
