Long lines at check out. Over half the self check lines were closed. Very poor management.

Shopping in women's and juniors apparel. Employee comes right up on people hanging stuff on clothing racks over customers shopping. We try to move to a different area and she follows around hanging up different stuff. Comes right up behind someone and gets made when the customers tries to move and they get stepped on because they are so close and not even saying excuse me. Her name was M. Calling 800 Walmart doesn't seem to do anything so maybe a public blast will get things handled. I already quit shopping at Gainesville location Walmart stores. I thought Ocala might be different. We will go down the road to the mall to do our shopping from now on.

Brought My Vehicle In For Oil Change With Appointment Made Wasted A Whole Hour ½ Just So They Can Tell Me They Don't Have The Tools To Change My Filter. Waisted My Morning Here If Your Doing Your Oil Change Here Make Sure They Have The Tools To Do It So You Don't Waist Your Time.

The Service Manager Peter at the tires department has a really bad attitude the manager position is really too big for him I love Walmart but this guy made me hate it. The respect policy at Walmart is super important and this mediocre person should not represent them. He is disrespectful and has no service character.
