I've been a customer for several years now, Chelsea is amazing! Not only did she remember things about my phone, customers would walk in and she knew the phone type, and any previous problems. Never a hard sale, upcharge, she will listen to the problem, give you least expensive options, and above all else, if they can't help you there honest about it.

This s Joe. Found them accidentally while doing an online search. Decided to visit as I was having trouble with my Galaxy phone. The wonderful woman at the counter spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem, to no avail. I was interested in getting an Iphone. She spent time to help me decide what I needed. They had an 11 that would serve my purposes extremely well so I bought it. She took the time to transfer all my content from the Galaxy to the Iphone, install the sim and set it up on my carrier.
The price was good and the service outstanding. I am very happy and would give them & her more than 5 stars if I could.

This is a fantastic place offering a much needed service in Ocala. If you need a phone/tablet etc and do not wish to spend a $1000 on a flagship phone this is the place. Bought a Note 9 for my 15 year old daughter for less than $200!! It look and operates like brand new. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Can't recommend them enough.

I had my first visit about 3 years ago. And I've been there about 6-7 times since, buying phones and getting them fixed (kids) and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. My first visit i had broke my phone the day prior and was in the process of checking out with a whole new phone and in conversation while checking out with the employee she tells me she could fix it snd it was just the color screen. And she did .. in about an hour. I've been a customer since and referring anyone who needs a great phone for a cheaper price or their phone fixed.

I love coming here, it’s like your treated like a friend. The staff is so knowledgeable and very friendly. We have gotten several devices and they are in great shape and affordable. Best customer service in town.
