I went to Watches Plus ...address is, **** ***** **** ** Orange Park Florida 32073 in the ****** **** **** and I purchase a diamond tennis Bracelet for my daughter and a set of diamond earing, and I went to the best diamond expect in Orange Park and he said this is worth about 100 dollars it is not even real diamonds. There was no sign noticeable regarding returns or refunds. When I went back to ask for a refund on his fake Jewlery, the owner was rude and then uncovers a sign that states no refunds after 7 days and only exchanges. This store are thieves and should be looked into and put out of business, do not go there unless you want you like throwing your money away. Maybe some is real, but I really doubt that. There so nice when making a purchase but not really after the fact.

Fast. Effective. Cheap. A+ in my book. Brought in the watch, told him what needed to be done, he did it, charged me less than $20 and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

STAY AWAY!! Provided the worst customer experience. Slammed my watch against hard surfaces many times during battery swap and resizing. A tragic small business that made me feel like I was an annoyance, not a patron who was helping to feed and provide for their family.

Avoid this place like the plague. We took our watch in to kiosk in the paddock mall to get a watch band repaired. Next thing we know, the owner tells us it needs all new insides! He would have to leave it for Dave to repair. We left the watch, and never heard from them for over a month. I kept calling to find out if it was done and how much the work was going to cost. The wife told me I had to talk with the owner. He was never there, and never called us back. When she finally gave me a price, it was one price, and when we went in to pay, it was $40 more!!!! Dave was there, and he didn't even remember working on the watch. We couldn't get a straight answer as to what was repaired, if there was any warranty on the work, and the owner is never available. We feel totally ripped off, and since we couldn't get a straight answer, and have a feeling that he replaced the battery and then charged us $100. They also own the other jewelry stores (Treasure Island and one other across the way) off to the side. Save your money and time and don't get ripped off.

We bought 2 batteries from them awhile back. We had them put 1 of the batteries in, as we didn't have the other watch with us. We tried replacing the other watch battery when we got home, but couldn't get the back, back on the watch. We recently went back to the Paddock Mall and brought the watch with us, they charged me $26.74 just to put the back, back on the watch, which included tax and there is no tax on labor, so why was I charged tax? They are a bunch of thieves. Will never buy anything from them again. My husband was the one who went and had it done, had it been me, I would have never paid that.
