“Although it says ATM, the location also has a fully functioning interior bank also. I had a great experience with the teller Brenda. She was kind, helpful, quick and efficient. She answered all of my questions quickly and confidently and I had no issues making a difficult deposit and buying single checks. Thank you Brenda, we need more people like her in the customer service industry!”
“The Wells Fargo ATM is located on the west side of the Visitor and Convention Bureau Building (big yellow building) and faces NE Second Street (the Courthouse Annex.) This is a modern, updated walk- up ATM but there are parking spaces a few feet away. I visited on Saturday, 1/22/2022 so yes it definitely is still there, but there is no bank branch at this location.”
“I was really impressed with the people working at this very busy bank. The manager roamed the lobby greeting and helping customers while friendly, competent tellers assisted people. Our transaction was a bit complicated, but the professionals who work here figured it all out with a positive, “can-do” attitude. They all did a really nice job.”
