What is going on lately with drive thru at this location? It is horrendous if they are even open. Are you understaffed constantly now? Few times a week you close drive thru and when you are open it takes 20-30 min just to deposit something with no one in front of me. I keep having to go to another branch even tho this is my closest one. Very disappointing.

While I am very used to Ocala and their good ol boy system, it's 2024 folks! People of color are college educated with careers, good credit, and a clean criminal record. I'm extremely disappointed to report the staff here do not feel that way. The treatment is horrible and they made me feel so disrespected. The racial profiling is front and center by each and every employee, which became worse once my account balances were revealed making me unsure if they were more horrified with the color green or brown. But color is a blatant problem here! The staff is very obnoxious, rude, condescending, and display a sense of superiority and entitlement. I will never return to this location. Of course, formal legal action is absolutely necessary! I highly recommend new staff, sensitivity training, and a return back to basic proper customer service and professionalism. Start over...do better!

Normally the staff are nice and helpful but today I went in and the woman teller helping me was very rude and condescending. Definitely won’t be going to this location in the future. Maybe think about getting new staff or learning to be more respectful to your customers. Disgraceful

Worst experience, I have been a client for long time with excellent credit score, and when I went to make money order she said I will be charged 10$ for each check, and will not be waved because am not a special client i guess. While Amscot provides free money order even though am not their client. That’s ridiculous. I ask to meet someone to discuss that matter and update my information, I was ignored for long time so I had to leave. I dont know who need the other the banks always known for the best customer services so grab clients, but unfortunately they don’t know anything about customer service am leaving to another bank.

Just tried to put my check from work into my husband's account so we can feed our kids and the teller started warning him about me bouncing my check in his account. I'm sorry I look too poor for your bank, but I assure you I have never bounced a check in my entire life. I was so insulted. Maybe counsel your tellers to handle that situation better if "protocol requires" you to inform customers of the risk every time. I work my tail off for my paychecks and I highly doubt a major pharmacy corporation is going to cut bad checks.
