Today I went in because needed assistance with my online banking. Everyone the lady teller and two lady bankers (please forgive me didn't get their names) were so friendly, professional, and kind. I'm shocked the Google review is so bad. I had a great experience today. I'm glad I ignored the Google rating. : )

Very poor customer service. As the associates were staring at the clock as I walked in, I Tried to do a wire transfer and they said we got there too late. Still had 5 minutes left of bank hours. Guess they don’t believe customer service!!!

Made an appointment was waiting in the lobby. Their was only one person helping out the clients. She ask everyone if they needed help in the lobby but didnt ask me if i needed help which i found it out rude of her not to ask.i I would give 0 stars.
