"I just had the worst experience ever at Wells Fargo with the teller. The bank was completely empty, and I came to get a cashier's check for myself. They told me they couldn’t issue it because I needed an appointment.
Before coming to the bank, I called to verify everything about the check, and they told me I didn’t need an appointment, that I could simply walk in and request it at the counter.
But according to them, they couldn’t do it because they needed to make a call, and since it was close to closing time, they didn’t want to help me.
There were no other customers in the bank, and they still refused to assist me. It feels like they just don’t want to do their job."

Very poor customer service. As the associates were staring at the clock as I walked in, I Tried to do a wire transfer and they said we got there too late. Still had 5 minutes left of bank hours. Guess they don’t believe customer service!!!

Wells Fargo is the most corrupt bank in America. I sold a piece of property. I received a cashier's check for the sale. I tried to mobile deposit and they said it was to big. So I deposited it at an ATM. I was told they feared the check was fraudulent so I needed to go to Bank of America and see if the check was real. They told me it was, the funds were available the moment the check was created. Wells fargo insisted on holding the check for over 10 days since I didnt have enough in my checking to cover it. So they deposited my check and siphoned interest off, while I had bills to pay. Once again wells fargo only thinks of themselves first. The BBB gives them a "F" rating. It is all to clear. Be careful people they will take your money and do with it what they want, then charge you for it. Run as fast as you can from this corporate greed!

Made an appointment was waiting in the lobby. Their was only one person helping out the clients. She ask everyone if they needed help in the lobby but didnt ask me if i needed help which i found it out rude of her not to ask.i I would give 0 stars.

No temporary cards. Then they'll tell you to use cash app or some other service. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO you should offer temporary cards

I when there yesterday to cash a large check because my back was closed (bank of america)I forgot the name of the teller but I know she speaks Spanish and she was in the first teller window, excellent customer service for her and for the manager, I really appreciate,it was fast easy and I recommended.. thank you!!
