Horrible branch. Sat down with an advisor to open my son an account and in the middle he stopped and pushed me to the side to deal with his appointment. Why even start anything? Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time

TERRIBLE BANK that does not care about its clients.. typical after Covid though. I spent in excess of 3 weeks trying to get an issue resolved with emails being sent that my account has been closed... This has happened on three of my accounts that have an enormous amount of money in it. A side of that, I have bill pay that I have set up three different times and each time has been canceled because it's telling me my accounts are closed, which in fact they are not. I have spent in excess of 8 hours on the phone and still do not have resolution. Money is coming out of the bank and I refuse to bank with Wells Fargo ever again
3/21/24- In response to being asked to contact Wells Fargo to resolve this? I have been on the phone with "Supervisors" of Wells Fargo since Feb 27th. I have NO resolutions for my issues and they keep happening. I have spent at least 10 hrs on the phone with them. Will continue to switch funds to another bank.

The Wells Fargo machine is never available for deposits so I’m forced to drive 20 minutes out my way to a reliable Wells Fargo. Shame and a waste of my time.

For months they have a light that doesn't work right outside next to their ATM. It constantly flashes like a stobe light. Like your a bank you have the money to replace a light bulb. You're gonna give someone a seizure one day if they keep it like that

We came to open a check account.Our first personal banker didn’t speak Spanish and he explained to us that he must use an interpreter over the phone despite that I do speak English… so…….. he asked his colleague to see if she can help us and since the first moment she was receptive and nice.She was really professional and knowledgeable.She explained to us everything in detail.Her name is Angie, she went above and beyond!!!

Have to say, the ladies (Samantha, Maggie, Irma and Tawanna) that work at this branch are simply AMAZING! Upon moving to FL Dec 2022, we needed to find a local Wells Fargo branch, and Praise God, He led us here! These ladies made one of our first experiences in FL to be a HUGE blessing! Samantha assisted us and was truly incredible! She went above and beyond… answered all our questions and offered extras as we inquired! (Absolutely NO pressure at all?!). We have been with WF for decades, and this branch confirmed that the we will continue because of the EXCELLENT customer service by all (fore-mentioned)! We have and will continue to recommend WF! Thank you ladies for making our transition to FL a very pleasant one!?

No temporary cards. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Then they tell you to use Apple Pay or some other big brother trash service. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO YOU ARE THE BANK
