I had a problem with depositing checks at the Hwy 200 branch ATM so I drove to this location and was about to try their ATM when the bank opened so I went inside. Adam acknowledged my presence and asked me over as quickly as possible. He explained the procedure and helped me log in so he could deposit my checks. He helped me understand and verify the amounts. Then he asked me if there was anything else he could help me with and I asked for a cash withdrawal with a fairly complicated denomination request. He filled my request quickly without having me repeat how I wanted it broken down. He thanked me for my business with sincerity. I left the bank thinking a true professional had helped me today.

I am new to the area I needed to fix a few things first they did not have anyone who spoke Spanish and the person who attended us at the door was very rude and told us that we could go to another bank where there were people who spoke Spanish very bad service

I'm new in town, needed to make some changes in my daughter's & my account.All I can say from my experience is that the few employees I spoke to & the ones who took care of us were amazing.Starting with the branch manager John H. He was very professional, helpful & great sense of humor. Also Alberto & Felix. I felt very comfortable, all my questions were answered & helped us make the best changes in our accountsI'm glad this wil be my home branch & looking forward to getting my banking needs done. ?

The customer service at this branch is a joke. Ran my wife in circles over a simple deposit put in the night depository. Said personal accounts could no longer use it. ( we have been using it for 3 years without any problem) Made her drive back to the bank, gave her the documents back, and had her hand them to a teller. The managers here are terrible. They do not deserve your business. Do yourself a favor - Go anywhere else.

Have been a customer for twenty eight years . I had a fraud on my account and went into the bank to be assisted with the problem. I was told by the bank manager that they don't do that. I ended up Taking all of my money out of the bank in order to not have to go through fraud again

This the only wells fargo where the employees dont listen. I told that old Spanish lady today i want the money from my business account told her several times and she still looked confused and took it from my other account. My god why so hard to listen... only location with this problem gotta repeat yourself 100 times... And they always look like they hate there jobs.

I recently opened an account with this Branch. I was very impressed with the service I received. The Personal Banker assigned to me was most helpful and professional. The atmosphere at the bank is that of an organized well-run establishment. The personnel at all levels is welcoming and diligent. Excellent bank!

I called the bank because my account was hacked immediately after I left there, my banker was not there. I usually meet with Katherine who is wonderful but was not in. I spoke with Jordan who was so disrespectful and rude. This is why bank has bad ratings. I asked for Mgr and he would not transfer me! Filing complaint

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo, before it was ever Wells Fargo and was Wachovia. Over 15 years of being a good customer. As of late, I've been so disappointed with this company that I have moved all of my money from Wells Fargo to Florida Credit Union. Every time I call the branch office, I get rude customer service, or I have to sit on hold forever. If they do answer, they send me to one of their out sourced phone customer service people in the PHILIPPINES! Wells Fargo has always acted like they were an AMERICAN company and yet they send me to another country for customer service where the people can barely speak English. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.

Drive through is super slow!!

We went to the drive through to deposit a check and we were in line a long time. There were alot of cars in line waiting. When we finally got to our turn the teller says our systems are down you can wait or go to another bank. Why would you not come outside and tell everyone instead of making them all wait all that time only to be told systems are down. Ridiculous!!

I went to Ocala to pick up my RV so I stopped to pick up some money from the inside. 2 clients were before me they got served quickly n no questions asked When my turn came up I gave my ID n my bank card I put my pin I signed the withdrawal slip and I thought it is over as always when I go to the bank Five minutes later this lady still checking my ID then all of the sedan she started asking me question she said for verification I need to tell her my SSN I said no Why are u asking me for my social she said I need to present 2 forms of identification Well my ID n my bank card should be enough She said no I said ok just give me my stuff back. I went back to my car then thru the drive-thru n they never asked for any of the none scenes. I felt the lady inside racially profiled that's why she asked me those stupid questions.
