The amount of issues I have had with this place is unbelievable. Multiple phone calls about the same issue and it is impossile to get resolved. I don't understand how they are still in business. They have awful customer service, no care or concern for their customers, and are the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
What I dealt with and went through if too long to rehash here but just know the reviews don't lie.
My advice is if you have an issue be PERSISTENT!!! Don't give up and GIVE. THEM. HELL!!!! And if your medicine is a life saving medicine try to find somewhere else to get it fulfilled. They don't care if they are at fault and you don't have your needed medicine.

I love Wells Ocala! No complaints at all. They were a little slow in shipping months ago but very on-spot now. Their products have tremendously helped me. I trust them to do the testing in order to safely compound what I need.

My medication was 24 hours shipped twice and both times arrived over the safe use temperature with the cold pack entirely melted. When shipping refrigerated medication to Arizona in the summer, you need to use more cold packs. You are wasting your customers money, and jeopardizing their health.

Not happy with the service level or speed of delivery. It has been 10 business days and I still have not received my medications. I have spoken to the customer service staff multiple times and only on my last desperate call did someone offer to try to help speed up the process. Unfortunately it didn't help and I'm still waiting for my meds. Will provide an update once I receive them.

Horrible service. The tape playing while you are on hold speaks to outstanding service and 5 point check system. All baloney! I've called at least 6 times to resolve a problem and it still hasn't been resolved. I'm on hold forever. The survey at the end of the call is only for the person you spoke with and not the overall business so you cannot give them constructive criticism. Another company about the money and not the customer! I cannot be the only customer going through this. Seek another compounding pharmacy!!!!
