Why avoid Wendys as a fast food option. 1st Ask for your 55+ discount and the conveniently forget and once they total and you are within 5 inches of the cc machine it is done. No offer to give you a cookie or something.. you can wait 20 min for the manager to back it out and rering if you like2nd NO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH HERE - anymore.3rd WENDY'S IS COMMITTED TO CLOGGING CUSTOMERS ARTERIES ONE FRIED MEAL AT A TIME. Double you mayo based fatty sauces, add some fried chips or onions on top, how about cheese & bacon on top of your greasy fried chicken breast too.Got the 1 Xtra star because they were friendly and fast.It has been over a year since I went to a Wendy's... May not ever come back...Want a healthy option... Get a salad, costs as much as a fat, cholesterol laden combo meal (and no drink)Vegetarian options: French fries. baked potatoes, plain saladDietary restrictions: Unless your restriction includes fatty sauces, cheese, bacon & fried food, they got NOTHING for you. Stay away. Make a salad at home

They treat customers very poorly. I did a mobile order and I arrived before time to pick up. They tell me the order it’s not there. Every time they asked me what’s on the order or the name, they just walked away

The employees are nonchalant and don’t care about greeting the customers early in the morning or wait times on orders. They don’t even acknowledge the customers as they walk on.
