My Regions Business Account was scammed for almost $50,000. And Regions did NOTHING to Protect My Money. The Fraud Dept. at Regions is the Worst Ever. Get your money moved before you Lose it. They Don't Care!

I am not sure why this bank has such a low review. I was having issues with my account and have been unable to get to the bank. I work full-time and I currently am a full-time student. There was a situation where my account balance was negative. I called the main office right next to the Paddock Mall. They fixed my account instantly and I had my money back in seconds. They are also open on Saturday's which helps single parents, workers, and students like myself. I have never received an attitude from any individual that works here. They take precautions during this pandemic, and they are always happy to help me out. If you treat people with respect, they respect you back.

Worst bank in Florida. Stood in line for 25 minutes while teller chit chatted with customer. The other teller was just working drive ups and didn't come over to help. Also have had trouble with them holding funds based on fake "confidential information." There are a lot of banks in Florida. Go somewhere else.
