“Needed to send a FedEx envelope so went to the FedEx Office Print/Ship Center in Jensen. Sent it and didn't think anything about it until the recipient claimed not to have received it. Then of course I couldn't locate the tracking number. I called and sure enough they were able to locate the transaction and emailed me not only the tracking number but the POD. The recipient never located the envelope but they honored the fact that I had sent the documents and resolved the issue without additional documentation. Can't thank you enough, it was my error, for not keeping track of the receipt but life happens and you made it much less of a headache for me today =D”

Not her fault but I had to hold up the line to download the app to use the coupon. If you email a coupon I should just be able to use it. Ridiculous.”
