I can’t say enough about this place. My husband and I fish all the time in Everglades City and always purchase our shrimp from here, and the shrimp are always fresh and lively and the service is always great. Also the gift shop has the most unique items. Even when we are not fishing, we love going in just to check out what new items are in the store. Make sure you stop by and check this place out.

We bought 50 shrimp and then delayed going out due to the cold weather last week. Amazingly all but a couple survived 5 days in our garage and we then made good use of them! We have always had great service and product from this store. Great shop!

Wonderfully stocked bait and tackle with local knowledge! Owner was there and very nice. We get live shrimp and fishing tackle every time we're here.

Best place to rent a boat in the glades, Donna and capt Brandon are always very welcoming and helpful as well as the rest of the staff that works there good people and they give honest reports as well amd are very helpful with the sometimes difficult situations that arise from that special environment that is 10k islands. Also, took the kiddos out fishing on the big sea pro had a blast caught fish all day long!!

This was our first trip to Everglades City and had no idea what to do or where to go. I found Everglades Bait and Tackle by doing a quick Google search and was pleasantly surprised all-around! Alana greeted my boys and I with a smile and took the time to show us how to safely navigate to where we need to go as well as sharing some intel on the bite before we even were a customer! The store was spotless and filled with gear, apparel, bait, and a clean restroom! She also has a private launch with easy access parking. I highly recommend popping in to say hello and grab some bait and enjoy your trip!

This is a must stop destination in Everglades City. Not only is it an outstanding bait and tackle shop, it's an exceptional gift and souvenir shop as well. The owners are professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been coming here for more than a decade. The employees here are always so friendly and extremely helpful! The bait is always good and they have all the tackle you would ever need. I will always recommend this place to any friends or others looking for a quality place to get bait, tackle, and even rent a charter! They have the best boat ramp in Everglades City hands down! If anyone ever has anything negative to say about this place or the employees, they must of had a negative attitude before arriving.

Best Bait shop in town friendly and local knowledge to help get you on the water and come home with cooler full of fish or some great stories! Also have top quality Gear and tackle and have a boat ramp that's easy to use with plenty of parking for your rig. Stop in a say Hi to some Great people over at Everglades City Bait and Tackle. If the weather is great and the fishing on fire make sure to call ahead and reserve your shrimp they will SELL OUT. Tight lines everybody!

This is a first class operation! My wife and I took a guided inshore fishing trip. Captain Kaleb quickly evaluated our abilities and had us both on the fish from the first to last casts. He was very sociable and wasn’t afraid to share his knowledge which was pretty extensive for someone his age. It was a great day on the water!

Excellent selection of bait and tackle at this shop! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to offer advice on the best gear for fishing in the area. Prices are fair, and the boat ramp is the best in town! Alana is the sweetest. She cares about her customers and it shows! We have been going here for many years. Highly recommend for any angler!
