I didn't use the FedEx facility I was there to shop Dollar General. But the FedEx is a welcome addition to our corner. We are very rural.

Horrible, negative stars. Customer service is a just as much of a joke as their incompetence drivers. Barely any homes where I live and driver still delivers it to the wrong address. My house is brown, they delivered it to a blue home and no one will help fix the issues caused by this imbecile. Life saving medical supplies now missing and no one will help. Keep getting hung up on and refusal to speak with supervisors or get contact info for the office manager or dispatch for the driver. Now I'm having to take my 1 month old to the hospital for care due to their negligence.
