We found Fluff It while trying to get our dog groomed. Of course the schedule was full and we had to wait. Casey is worth the wait. Our dog doesn’t care if it is a mobile or fixed location groomer. Casey is so sweet to him. His tail doesn’t stop wagging. Really enjoy the convenience of at your door service for our dog.

I took my golden retriever here and he looks amazing! He has a lot of skin allergies and the products they use have him looking and feeling great! Heather was his groomer and she does so good with him. Definitely recommend for affordable grooming with a VIP treatment

My dogs and I love Fluff-It! I bring my Great Danes for training and Kristin has been so helpful. She loves the dogs and they love her! She is always ready to offer training advice and I couldn’t have handled 2 Dane puppies without her! I’m getting ready to add a third dog to our pack and I know she will be there to help give advice and support.

Because of one of the owners lack of regard, a customer has lost her dog. She left one of her three dachshunds tied up in the tub, while she took a personal call outside. In a result the dog hung her self and is now deceased. On top of a lack of supervision, she does not know animal resuscitation procedures, which left no chance for her to survive. Now she additionally is no longer allowing her to voice her concerns over the lack of care and knowledge of animal safety. Everyone at least needs to be aware of this incident! It is the right of every customer to know the truth of whom exactly will be caring for their fur babies.

I finally found a groomer local and close to me. I brought my 3 dogs in for their first visit to get them comfortable with a new place and all went well as I stayed there for the nail trimmings. Second visit did not go as well. Brought my 3 dachshunds to be groomed and was told to pick up at 1pm so this would be their first time alone there. Our appointment was scheduled at 10:00am, I arrived early so I could spend time with them there before just dropping them and going. Kristen was running late and I was tempted to leave but decided to give her a chance as we all have run late before. I was about to leave when she pulled up at 10:18. She explained why she was late and assured she'd be ok to groom my 3 dogs. Kristen called and left me a message at 12:27 sounding stressed and that she was running behind and explaining that I will not be charged for having them longer than expected. I called her back and said that'd be ok. I then receive the phone call at 1:17 saying I need to pick up my dogs there's been an emergency, Well i got there in 9 minutes and consoled Kristen assuming it was her having the emergency due to her reason why she ran late in the morning. NOPE SHE INFORMED ME THAT MY DOG HUNG ITSELF. DUE TO HER NEGLIGENCE OF TAKING A PHONE CALL AND STEPPING OUTSIDE TO TAKE THE PHONE CALL, ALL WHILE MY DOG WAS RESTRAINED IN THE 31/2ft TUB MY DOG WAS NERVOUS AND JUMPED OUT AND IS NOW DEAD. MEANWHILE MY OTHER 2 DOGS WITNESSED THE DEATH OF THEIR SISTER DOG. NOT ACCEPTABLE AND SHE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GROOM DOGS IF SHE IS THAT NEGLIGENT. Kristen admitted she took the phone call outside while my poor nervous dog was left alone she admitted to using essential oils to calm her. MY QUESTION IS IF YOU KNEW SHE WAS NERVOUS WHY THE F WOULD YOU LEAVE HER SIDE?

GIRLS SPA DAY at Fluff-it. Best dog trainer and spa in Marion County. I got to relax on the soothing crystal and heat infused Biomat while Copper and GG had spa treatments.GG was done 1st with grooming and was relaxing on Biomat with me. Then both joined me on the Biomat mat. SO RELAXING! What a wonderful experience.
