T-Rex Towing is the definition of top tier customer service. They were extremely friendly and were quick to help me when my car broke down. It was freezing and they immediately got me into the truck and gave me a blanket before hooking up my car to make sure I stayed warm. They even stopped and got me something to eat. The folks over at T-Rex Towing are top tier. I’ll never call anyone else ever again. 10/10.

I didn't actually receive a service but I most definitely received a call back the following day at almost 6:30 in the morning with Chris ready to assist me. I did find help the night before, but I was appreciative of his prompt call the following morning. Thanks so much for calling back and checking on me!

chris showed up with in my 35 min eta picked me up in route to a vehicle I purchased put air in all the tires and was the best price around town and didn't charge me extra to pick me up or put air in the tires. Definitely recommend completing everything with 90 min and even bought me a hot fudge sundae... very professional and down home type of business he also gave a homeless lady standing on the corner in the rain a big mac meal and bought them dog food for their puppy on line and had his wife deliver it.ive never met a family business that goes out of their way to try and help everyone.if your in ocala Definitely call them and get chris on the way you won't regret it...

The service was amazing. Arrived very quickly, got us on the road safely to our destination, and was awesome to hang out with during the hour long trip to our destination. Can’t overstate how above and beyond he went. Absolutely phenomenal guy! 100% recommend to anyone!!

Chris and his wife are absolutely outstanding an business and people to deal with my care broke down over 100 miles north of my house and he worked with me in every way possible saving me money and advice on possible solutions and repairs to my car including driving me to an extra couple places before brining me home Google only allows 5star ratings but honestly they deserve 100 stars and then some if you’re ever in a situation nine of us want to be in T. rex towing will make a silver lining in your day to improve a bad situation 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
