I don’t normally write reviews, but this really bothered me the fact that I came to this store to make a return on some chicken that I didn’t end up using WITH a receipt and they told me that I can’t return it because they have a “seven day return policy on select meats”, but they don’t have any signs in that area or any markings on the receipt. I didn’t buy it at this location, but because this place was near my work I came here on my break to make this return. I’ll just go to the original place to make the return because at the Aldi‘s in Altamonte Springs they take my returns with no issues.. ***update*** so I went to my local Aldi’s and they had taken my return no questions asked and when I mentioned about this so called “7 day return policy” she told me that’s she’s never even heard of that. Definitely will not be wasting my time shopping at this location and will stick with my home location.??

I hadn't been to an Aldi in a very long time. They have changed so much! It wad open and bright. Good prices and even has some name brand stuff now!

Ms. Vega, the so-called "manager" of this location should be ashamed of herself and learn the basics of courtesy and customer service.
As an instacart shopper, I had trouble finding a handful of items on my list. In 2 instances she took half a second to point towards the general area of the store where I could find some items I needed. On the 3rd, she talked to me in a demeaning way about how it's my job to find them and that she wouldn't say where the rest of the items were, or if they were out of stock, something I cannot know unless I ask an employee. Out of a long list of items I had to shop for, I found most by myself as I should, but I had issues finding the rest by myself or know if they were out of stock or not. She thought it would be fitting to act and speak unprofessionally, and even more so after stating that she was the manager after I requested to speak to one. She added a very sarcastic "you're welcome" after I took note of her name on my phone. Mind you, I stayed courteous during all the interactions I had with her and all I did was ask for help.
Also, as a an employee, you shouldn't hold private conversations over the phone while at work under your face mask when customers are asking for help.
I am absolutely speechless about Ms. Vega's behavior, I shop at Aldi as well on my free time and this is not the way to speak to someone whether they're an instacart shopper or just a customer. I wasn't sure if I picked a fight with a random person on the street or if I was talking to an employee of a major retailer in this country.

Best Aldi I've been to. Produce is always running empty because it's fresh and has great deals. You gotta go in the days they get their truck or the day after to get the best pickings. Highly recommend.
