Please insert another coin
Echos through the abandoned hallways
Dilapidated toys mark the end of an Era
Kids zone reduced to a shameless quarter grab
An attempt to squeeze one last dollar into a dead Industry
Through the corridor, I hear a muffled mantra.
A barely discernable, distorted request: 'Please insert quarters' calls out to us.
The dilapidated play things lay barren in the abandoned halls
An eerie juxtaposition
A sterile kid's zone, reduced to a desperate cash grab
Like the last words of a dying man

The business that are in here are ok. The food court still has a good variety to choose from. Today we had Sarku Japan and it was 5 stars

I come here twice a week from Kissimmee/st cloud. Well worth the drive. There an MMA gym inside the mall!! It happens to be #1 in Florida. WAOW!! How'd they get so lucky to have a gym inside the mall. I've seen so many famous UFC, pfl, bellator,and regular people like me train there.. I hope the west oaks Mall can stay up and running forever 🙏👑⭐🏆🪖💯

1 Star (only because I can’t give zero)
This place is beyond depressing — it’s a dead mall on life support. Easily 85% of the stores are closed, and the ones still hanging on are mostly outdated clothing stores. Only one big name left is Dillard’s, and even they look like they’re counting the days.
The food court is practically a ghost town with just a few sad stalls left. Step inside this mall and you’ll instantly notice the filthy bathrooms, roof leaks all over the building, and NO air conditioning. It’s hot, humid, and smells musty. Honestly, you feel like you’re walking through an abandoned building.
Even the parking lot tells the story — you can literally feel the emptiness before you walk in. The ONLY reason this mall hasn’t been bulldozed is because the Orange County Tax Collector’s office and SunPass keep a tiny trickle of people coming.
This mall is not just “dying.” It’s already dead, and management clearly doesn’t care. Do yourself a favor: don’t waste your time.

It is a mall that has a lot of potential and I never know why is not more busy. Movie theater is great, good food vendors, shopping and table tennis and few other sport club. DMV and Sun is also are to be found here.

This mall is nice but the only thing is that there no air A/C running and that whole entire building 😐 the air u might get cool is the movies or the dmv 🥵

Hot 🔥 🥵 and only has about 10% of the stores open. Unless you want to see 👀 a movie 🎬 and visit a crappy food court avoid like the plague
