Just got a car for our niece from Carisma, and happy with the deal. Very nice folks, honest and down to earth. I recommend to try them. I also will be taking my vehicles to them for mechanical repairs.

AVOID CARISMA AUTO WHOLESALE! Dana is the owner and I am writing this review to protect other consumers from his corrupt/dishonest business practices. First, most of his vehicles are grossly overpriced or have damage he works to conceal (as was the case with the GX470 we looked at- chrome caps were applied to doors and side mirrors to conceal faded and worn away paint work that I inquired about, dyed leather seats were obvious but he denied being done, undercarriage had been painted to conceal most likely rust). Read other online reviews and feedback. Thankfully, I found all of the negative reviews and called some local auto shops to confirm my suspicions. I questioned why his vehicle was so grossly overpriced and then he offered more than 10% off his asking sale price ($3k). I decided I would drive down to inspect the truck. When I arrived Dana (the owner) informed me that he never intended to (in other words the old "bait and switch" technique and he will say anything to get you on the lot before informing you that they have no intention of accepting your offer as he did to myself- blessing in disguise as the Lexus GX470 sounded too good to be true- it is!). Carisma Auto Wholesaler intentionally disguised paint damage on side mirrors and door handles by applying cheap faux chrome Chinese overlays and who knows what is being concealed on the frame and undercarriage. I'm not sure I would even trust the odometer as every other GX470 I shopped had same miles or many more and had none of these issues if well cared for with these "supposed" low miles. BUYER BEWARE- AVOID CARISMA AUTO WHOLESALE!

AVOID CARISMA AUTO WHOLESALER of OCOEE, FL!! Buyer beware! Dana is the owner and I am writing this review to protect other consumers from his deceptive and dishonest business practices. The vehicles were well overpriced and the one looked at clearly had damage he had worked to conceal after picking it up at the auction on the adjacent lot. This was the case with the GX470 we looked at- chrome caps were applied to doors and side mirrors to conceal faded and worn away paint work that I inquired about, dyed leather seats were obvious but he denied this being done, undercarriage had been painted to conceal most likely rust. Read other online reviews and feedback on google, Carfax, and BBB. I'm not sure I would even trust the odometers and advise serious inspection if considering anything here.
