Decent service though they never listen correctly when I spell out my last name when picking up a prescription, which is kind of annoying.The worst is that they texted me saying today was the last day to pick up my prescription. I go at 3:30 pm only to be told they don't have it, "because today was the last day so I should have come yesterday". In what world does that make sense?! They put my refill back at "3pm" despite them being open until 8. I should have had plenty of time but their worthless staff couldn't wait to make room apparently. Changing pharmacies. She counter staff told me "you had two weeks to come, you should have figured it out". Sorry my mental and physical health literally limit me from leaving the house most days. DO BETTER.

Valarie is very rude an unhelpful when it comes to UPS drop off. She was un willing to accept a package with the valid UPS printed label that is able to be dropped off at their location. If you need to have something dropped off I'd recommend going to a stand alone UPS store.

Their pharmacy hours are WRONG!!! They close at 8:00 not 9:00! Their employees don't care. Since I could not pick up my prescription I thought I would at least grab a few other items we needed and they did not have those either. Between the employees & the poor stocking I will not be coming back.

Stopped here to check about a prescription I was notified about in a text message. Waited between 5 and 10 minutes at the pharmacy counter and was never acknowledged. Left the business and I am definitely thinking about changing pharmacies.

The pharmacy is outstanding. It is always fully staffed and every employee is friendly and helpful. When you call in a prescription or your doctor faxes in an order the wait time is very minimal. They far exceed the competition in this area. The only negative comment is that the store carpeting is horrible, filled with stains. Clearly that is not an issue for pharmacy service.

Charged me twice for a prescription that I had already paid online. Then expect me to call my bank and ask for a refund when they can't do it. That's not customer service. A one minute easy process now turned into a hassle. Moving my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.

This place treating me wonderful. I was out of state and ran out of my medication and all they needed was my Rx number and got my medication at least 20 minutes later. Convenience at its best. Thanks CVS!
