Pharmacist Vida is an astounding person, she’s spectacularly talented person. I really appreciate her meticulous work in assisting the clients with factual information and suggestions. I truly commend her dedication and impressed by her willingness to help clients
She’s a client puller who can get things done when you walk into pharmacy.
I suggest management to raise her pay and promoter her to next level.

Horrible management, i went in this evening thinking pharmacy was open and it wasnt, i accidentally pulled up the wrong location for times. Management could have simply pointed it out however the response from behind a wall (because she had no curtesy of coming out) was “oh well”. To which I left went across the street to Publix and promptly transferred my prescription and no longer will ever walk into this CVS or any other again! Now i understand why no one goes to this location! CVS you should know better……

The CVS on Silver Star Rd in Ocoee is a very nice store. I can always find what I need and usually go for the CVS brand to save money. The Extra Care coupons help a lot to save even more money. Ketsia is a wonderful team member and is willing to go above and beyond to assist you in every way possible.

I love this store. I use the pharmacy here and it’s always a pleasant experience. I’m in this store looking for couponing deals a couple times a week and the cashiers are always happy to see me and my granddaughters. When I come through the door I hear Hi Mrs. Campbell, welcome in.

Decent service though they never listen correctly when I spell out my last name when picking up a prescription, which is kind of annoying.The worst is that they texted me saying today was the last day to pick up my prescription. I go at 3:30 pm only to be told they don't have it, "because today was the last day so I should have come yesterday". In what world does that make sense?! They put my refill back at "3pm" despite them being open until 8. I should have had plenty of time but their worthless staff couldn't wait to make room apparently. Changing pharmacies. She counter staff told me "you had two weeks to come, you should have figured it out". Sorry my mental and physical health literally limit me from leaving the house most days. DO BETTER.

Horrible customer service! I didn't realize that I had called close to closing time. The lady who picked up the phone kept saying, "hello, hello" pretending that she couldn't hear me, then she put me on hold, then the recording came on saying that the pharmacy was closed. What a little witch!
