We recently went to Extra Space Storage and the incredible Jim sorted us out a space. He is a truly delightful, positive and helpful person! If you need a space in this area - go speak to Jim. We just had some items delivered straight to the space and Jim sorted out opening the storage unit (we left them a spare key) and sending us a photo to show the items in the space. How is that for amazing service?! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The team at Extra Space Storage in Ocoee is awesome! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. They made everything quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The property is well-kept and secure, and I feel really confident storing my things here. Highly recommend 10/10 experience all around!

I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility! Jim, the manager, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. When my movers canceled last minute, he didn’t just leave me stuck, he actually helped me find movers right away so I could get my things out of a pod and into my storage unit without any stress. The units are clean, safe, and easy to access, but what really makes this place special is the customer service. Jim genuinely cares and makes sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend this location!
