Flooring America-Ocoee is a great company to install wood floors for my condos. They have all kinds of Vinyl and Laminate wood floor materials for customers to choose from, the price and quality, and the labor fees are great.
The representatives are very nice. Especially Chris Rice is really helpful to us. He is professional, patient and with profound expertise helping us in the whole process.
Flooring America-Ocoee has installed wood floor for one of my apartments last month. The floor is wonderful. Chris Rice and Flooring America people will install wood floor for my another apartment. I trust them.

I couldn’t be happier with my new floors! Roberto and Weldon (sp?) were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The installation was smooth, the craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows.
My home looks completely transformed—beautiful work from start to finish. I highly recommend them and Carr Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service!

Was hesitant after previously dealing with Sheila, but decided to stop in to get an accessory needed to complete our flooring. Gabriel assisted us and went out of his way to find the needed part. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal. They literally expected to finish the job in three days and we’re done in one day. I was just blown away and the work was just spectacular. I have no words other than I’m also using them for my kitchen counters now and my bathroom counters. Because I am so satisfied and appreciative of their work and craftsmanship. flooring looks absolutely spectacular just to say the least!!

For those of you who are not sure of what direction to go in when finding the right flooring specialists, please read this.
After too many red flags with another company, I walked into Flooring America.
Paul, my Certified Flooring Specialist & Design Consultant, made the entire process a seamless one. His professionalism helped me to trust in them, the quality of their products & in the installation expectations.
The installers had an outstanding work ethic proving to be highly detailed and very efficient. And, their on site Crew Lead/PM, Victor, is to be credited for his amazing organizational & leadership skills.
I will absolutely be ordering my countertops with them next, as they have my trust & respect.
I definitely wanted to submit this 5 Star Rating to say Thank You for my entire Flooring America experience!!!

I can’t praise this company highly enough! Absolutely every step of the process in our bathroom remodel was a wonderful experience, and the outcome was just WOW! Ivie and Sheila were great to work with, and Omar is truly amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. There was transparency with pricing from the get go, great communication throughout the remodel, and absolute perfection in the work performed. I would recommend Carr’s to anyone looking for gorgeous work in their home!
