NO PRESSURING HERE!!!They were very helpful to me and my mother and they had not been intrusive at any point. They answered all of my questions and offered Carfax reports with no problem. Their lot was stocked full of great options (from Kia and Toyota to BMW and even a Ferrari). I am shopping around currently but I have my eye on two cars in their lot. Definitely worth checking out!

Bought a mini coooer from there 2 weeks ago from a friend of theirs the car drove for one day then has been sitting for 2 weeks at the shop. They didn't tell me that it had a rebuilt title or that it was flood damaged a few years ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Please let this be the review that convinces you, DO NOT GO HERE, i went to look at two of their cars and after putting my OB2 sensor they lied about the mileage on both cars and one of their cars had a misfire in cylinder one and the other had a O2 sensor issue. please everyone who reads this go anywhere, literally anywhere but this dealer.

Great customer service and great cars. I bought a 2008 Corolla a year ago, and it’s running smoothly.

One of many receipt. Just so you know it’s not an exaggeration. When I called and you said there was nothing wrong vehicle, “but you can tow it back down here for $300. so we can tell you there’s nothing wrong with it.”??

hello i’m the daughter of Camelia who left a comment earlier and decided to make a reply.my mother gave in to my convincing of buying this car because i believed what you guys had told us saying “everything’s good”. i wish i had taken precaution into looking at more of these reviews because i see the same reoccurring complaints of “maintenance” problems. now keep in mind before i begin, this car was highly overpriced for the mileage it was and everything that was wrong but i guess that’s how it should be IF the car was really checked and fixed completely ready to last. a car driving “perfectly fine” on the way to delivery doesn’t mean there aren’t multiple problems that will occur very soon. it also shouldn’t sound strange to you guys that the repair was 3k if you really inspected it and did “absolutely everything” that the car demanded. the car was bought with us being told that there are no problems and no error lights which is what was expected, so we trusted your word and bought it. i wasn’t going to save $ so we can tow it back to you a couple weeks later . had to save for 3 months so that we can get it fixed by a real mechanic . going back on the part where you said you had done absolutely everything that the car needed, when it was taken to a mechanic they had stated the flywheel along with the clutch was completely and horribly broken with no way to fix at all and said “that it looked like wherever we got it from tried to fix it but only messed it up more”, the battery had absolutely no juice, nothing. which should obviously last more than 3 months if you did everything the car needed. you also did not hear from us until now because we finally were able to afford local towing and having a legit mechanic tell us all the bad junk going on with the car. Now, i understand the fact that the clutch may have been worn from me having a first manual vehicle, but i was able to pick up on it almost immediately with little to no stalls so it doesn’t seem to be true that the clutch was replaced before our purchase. but regardless if it was..there was still many other things wrong. you are surprised we are just now reaching back with a real complaint but why would we need to give you the chance to see what’s wrong with the car when multiple error codes pop up if you had already checked all the problems directly before selling it. again we needed 3 months so we could afford taking it to a reliable mechanic that would actually fix what is needed so i can have a car to drive instead of taking it back to the same place who told us everything was perfectly fine with the car. (the problems i listed are also not even close to the amount of things going wrong with the car..honestly the same amount of problems a flood car may have) i hope you guys either put the mechanic guy in check or get a new one.

I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. My experience wasn’t the best maybe others but not mine. First thing is the cars look decent but not as good as the internet pictures. We purchased a 2015 Corolla for my daughter to go to college on Friday May 7, 2021 and Saturday morning the car started acting funny, losing power and not shifting right 3 lights on the dash. Tuesday left it at the transmission shop Wednesday morning took it to Toyota transmission is shot among other issues. It’s still in the shop now. Dealership not so responsive now won’t even answer the phone. So they sell you a car with a so called warranty included, but it’s actually not "included" and it’s not really a warranty either. It’s basically they pay a portion and they pick the parts and prices. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!I can post pictures of the warranty payment and the diagnosis of a bad transmission if I knew how

I found a white 2012 Honda Accord on cargurus, listed by Magic Auto Sales for $5,999 with 160,000 miles. My 18-year-old daughter was looking for a car and fell in love with the Honda when I showed it to her. We drove for 2h20 mn to the dealership in NJ, from Albany, NY, on Thursday April 29, 2021 to see the car. My daughter put down $400.00 to hold the car until until Tuesday may 4, 2021. My daughter was approved for auto to get the car, so we drove back to NJ on May 4, 2021 to get a purchase agreement and a copy of the car title showing proof of a ownership by the dealership. As the purchase agreement was drawn by the dealership, we were in a hurry to get back to Albany, NY before 5 PM, the closing time of my daughter’s Bank, so we did not read the agreement. After 15 mn drive, I pulled over to take a look and found out that Magic Auto Sales, LLC, was trying to cheat by jacking the car price from $5,999 to $6,999. We quickly turned around and head back to the dealership showed it to them, and they pretended it was a mistake on the price change. “ Yea right a mistake”!!! That’s how they cheat customers when one does not pay attention. They changed the price back to $5,999 and we left, but come to find out that they forgot to sign this second purchase agreement. The Bank declined to give a check to my daughter to complete the purchase. And we ended up buying another car in Albany, NY, because my daughter’s bank called the dealership to send them a new signed purchase agreement and a copy of the car title which they stated they did not have available. And now, Magic Auto Sales decided to keep our $400.00 deposit claiming that we did not complete the purchase with them. Please away from this dealership. They are bad news!!!

Do not buy from these guys. If Florida had lemon laws I would take them to court, but as it is I got screwed. I flew out to them from Colorado to pick up a rare model of a car, under the assurance that everything was in working condition. In the span of one month, I find out the transmission needs to be replaced ($6500 repair), the thermostat is stuck open ($800), the shifter electronics are broken ($1500), the vanos solenoid is stripped ($1500), the heat doesn't work ($1500)

My neice was looking for a car. She didn't find anything that was less than $3000 so she didn't get a car. But it's a nice place, nice staff.

Was a little skeptical on buying from a used car dealer due to experience. Had a major issue days after buying a car. Brought it back and they fixed it up no problem. I definitely recommend them.

Dont buy form them they over price people . They wanted 4500 for a avalanche that not even worth it cuz it has almost 200000 miles. I live in sneads Florida it is a 8hour trip for me I offer 5000 cash out the door cash .they wont come off 5300 out the door. I wouldn't mind paying for it if they delivered to me . but they want me to spend 3 or 4 hundred in cash on gas and wont even knock a little off of it.They strait turn 5000$ down acting like they don't need my money so I'll give it to someone else that work with cash.i guess they make so much money from getting over on people and wasting there time they dont need 5000 dollars 2day

Absolutely worst service i have ever experienced. I purchased in February 2021 the most expensive vehicle on there lot a 2014 Chevrolet traverse w/ 88k miles. its now March 1 month later and I have already spent over $2000 on mechanical repairs. they won't respond to my calls or. all me back. The group of people that run this place are definitely not pro America and all they care about is selling there vehicles as fast as possible. so don't buy your next from this place or you wi regret it. Lemons!
