Hi everyone I’m a cancer survivor , and when I needed help with the complicated process of getting medical treatment plan , Stacey at the Florida Blue Center in West Orlando really came through for me. She sorted out all the paperwork, talked to the doctors and insurance people, and made sure everything went smoothly for my treatments. Stacey was a total pro, super nice, and always ready to lend a hand. Florida Blue is my top choice for healthcare coverage.

I currently have Florida Blue as a PPO, but am switching on Jan. 1 to their HMO plan because the PPO plan rates shot up 25%. I have a medical procedure scheduled for Jan. 3 that did not require authorization under the PPO plan, but does for the HMO. I went to the primary doctor who takes both plans and asked for the authorization. Florida Blue says they can't even consider the authorization because I'm not yet under the new plan for 2023. So, my primary care doctor needs to send it on Jan. 2 when they return to the office. My procedure now has to be delayed by 2 weeks, extending the pain that I'm in, because of Florida Blue's ineptitude. I've paid for the insurance, but apparently it doesn't matter. Their customer service person said she was sorry, but nothing can be done.

had an appojintement for my daughter at 7:45 am and is 10:16 and the doctor has notseen us yet, the excuse they are givingusis that sheis with an ill pacient, shes been there for two hours, waht we need is a signature from the Dr. for a referral.they don ot realize that peoples time is valuable and that parents also work. worst place ever, the assistant dont know about procedures on how to attend customerservice, they dont deserve a single star

HORRENDOUS FACILITY. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to establish care with a PCP as I was laid off this year and my new insurance doesn't cover my previous provider. They wouldn't do anything to actually care for me and wanted to just send me out with a referral to go elsewhere. What is the point of having them as a PCP if they won't do anything for you? This place is an absolute joke and I have never been spoken to and treated so poor in a doctor's office. The PA never even gave me her name and refused to look at me when I spoke even when I asked if she could look at me while I was talking. I had to look her up, but Katherine Vibbert is her name. She is on some sort of a power trip. Don't waste your time, go see a real doctor.
