The staff at the Ocoee, Florida location went out of their way to help me when a major gaming console maker - um, for the sake of the conversation, let's call them Schmony - completely abandoned any semblance of customer service. The manager of the store, Melissa, went above and beyond to make things right, even when technically, it wasn't Gamestop's problem - it was the console maker's. Now *that's* service after the sale! Highly recommend!

I was just recently in making a purchase when I was literally judged, pretty much mad fun of for what I was buying by the associate on staff. The gentleman was heavy set wearing a DBZ Hoodie, along with a sonic the hedgehog figure on his lanyard. I understand if you don't like the game I play but its something else to express that and pretty much laugh in my face about it. I hope this person can learn better social skills in the future because they definitely need it. When I enter a GameStop I expect a place where all gamers of any console or game are welcomed regardless of game preferences

Guy at the resgister literally had no idea what he was doing. Walked out along with other customers for waiting so long. (Only had 3 ppl in front of me) waited 45 mins. He literally had no clue and kept calling people to ask how to do things. I get it if you are new but to be left to run a store by yourself is unacceptable and very unprofessional by the owners. Will not be returning to this store

Will never be at this location again. Whomever was on duty at the 7pm hour on 12-28-23 locked the doors but was serving customers while we stood outside . Only opened the doors to let the inside customers out and when a lady outside asked him he mummbled "im going on my lunch" then slammed the door in her face. Will not be returning. Only left a 1 star so i could leave this review.

I had a regrettable experience at GameStop recently due to the extremely rude behavior of the manager, Melissa. Not only was she disrespectful towards me as a customer, but I witnessed her yelling at her employees as well. This created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. I believe such behavior reflects poorly on the overall customer service and management at GameStop. It's disappointing to see a lack of professionalism, and I hope the necessary steps are taken to address this issue

I visited this location yesterday, (black friday 2023) and I had an amazing experience that I wasn’t expecting. Usually, black fridays are hectic and anxiety inducing. I have to say it was busy, however I felt welcomed and taken care for. Whenever I had a question, Jarone was happily waiting to help. I found everything that I needed in stock despite the huge demand. When I was checking out, I was met with the warmest smile and “hello” from the cashier, Nevia. She was so sweet and kind. I could tell she actually cared about my experience. She asked me questions and chatted with me briefly. Amazing employee.Best GameStop experience thus far.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I never shopped here before and the one time I give it a chance they disappoint as always. I made a same day delivery but it’s been 4 days and I never got anything. I called corporate they tell me to call the store I called the store now they’re just lying about the conversation we had. Go to Walmart, target, for the love of God the pawn shop has better service and products than GameStop. I’m ready for you guys to go ahead and shut down completely

Just went to get a game and the door was closed but i saw people inside, an employee comes open the door and said to me “im going on lunch come back in 1 hour” and closed the door on me… i am in no way upset that the employee was going on lunch , however no place i found a sign that said that this business its close for lunch 4:00-5:00 , waste of time and gas.

Just when I think GameStop couldn't get any worse. Now they require you to give them your email address ? Since when are we required to give this store our email address to buy something? You don't need my email address. The guy in the store refused to sell me a game unless I gave him my email. One way around it, you get a made up address. But yeah, anytime I stop into a GameStop hoping that they got a little better only to find out they have gotten worse.

What a toilet! Not surprised by the kid behind the counter looking and acting like he’s not alive. No look at my son and I as we walked in. No hello or welcome. Store is disgusting. Not vacuumed nor prepared for opening. I literally apologized to my nine year old son about how the store looked and how pathetic the so called employee looked and acted. Sad my WG village store closed so I need to come to this dump site!! The employee also made a cruel joke about the Catholic Church in front of me and my son. The rest of the customers as well. Needless to say we are done here and stay away folks. It’s a total toilet bowl place. ?

GameStop is an essential destination for all things gaming, from consoles and accessories to the latest releases. The store is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about gaming. I appreciate their trade-in program, which allows me to save money on new purchases. GameStop is a fantastic store for gamers of all levels.

Gamestop is a staple of the gaming community and this location earns that position. The staff was super charming and helpful, Cody even helped us us points to save on our purchase. They had the newest Zelda we picked up for a road trip. Power to the player

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to both team members that were on staff during "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom" midnight release party. Both were enthusiastic and passionate about the midnight release, with one of them hosting a fun questionaire with giveaways. I wanted to give special recognition to Cee (cashier # 699693). She was incredibly helpful and informative of the product and of the things I could purchase. With her help, I decided to upgrade to the collector's edition to surprise my girlfriend who is a huge Zelda fan. Cee helped with the surprise when my girlfriend arrived later to the cash register expecting to pick up a regular copy she had ordered. Cee took her regular receipt and then dropped the huge collector's box onto the counter. It was a wonderful time. I now look really good to my girlfriend thanks to Cee. ?Thank you!
