Over the past several years, I have had SEVERAL changes to my policy… additions, removals, changes of address, and other complex situations that would require me to go into the office to complete. The staff is extremely professional and chill… they don’t pressure anything, they really are there to service the needs of the customer. In general, State Farm is a reliable company… but even more specific, this office is the best. Even with me moving about 35-40 minutes away from this office, I still give them my business, I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.

A+ customer service!!! So happy to switch after 23 years with the same insurance carrier. This office knows exactly how to explain the process, policy options and capture benefits to help reduce the premium. Also, appreciate Sherri and her gentle follows. Moving my car policy and into my new home which they also insurance was a smooth transition.

I just have to say how much I adore Sandy at this office. Not only did she remember me from a year ago when I switched companies due to cost, she went out of her way to make sure my policy was able to begin on the correct date, in very short notice! She is invaluable, and a joy to work with (who says that about insurance?!!) - I look forward to working with her moving forward (again!)

I would like to recommend Gary Meredith State Farm insurance to anyone either looking to establish an auto policy or desiring to change from their existing insurer to a new one.
Over the years I have worked with various insurance companies that have provided coverage, in this particular case auto insurance, for my vehicles and I feel that State Farm Gary Meredith is one of the best ever. They are extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally professional and definitely desiring to understand my own personal situation as well as to design a policy that is created just for me while making sure that I’m properly covered and protected. All of the staff at this office are nothing less than fantastic and that Cindy is worthy of specific recognition as well as a pay increase!
