  My sister and i came in to great clips early.both of us got cuts .two ladies did our hair .super sweet did a great job.treated our dry hair.and listened to what we wanted and gave us what we wanted trimmed and styled . honestly so sweet.i tipped in cash .we both got layers and they look amazing 😍,thank you so much for our experience

  Was unable to check in on line which seemed to annoy the stylist on duty she didn't even identify herself and spoke not a word. Felt rushed as the cut took probably 5 minutes max. This was only my 3rd visit. The 1st two visits were pleasant. Will go there again but not to that stylist.

  Please tell you hairstylist to read the notes on file for frequent retuning customers, especially if they are a new employee. Came in for a slight trim on length only, inch at most, didn’t know my style was front angled now its not, added long layers all over and in the back which I perfer one length said it would add bounce didn’t need the bounce, much easier for me to style the back at one length. Thought she was only adding something to the bottom not the whole back of my head. I don’t like it and now I have to wait for it to grow out and I had a special occasion keeping up in little over a month. The stylist was really nice I liked her personality I’m sure she’ll do well over time, tell her to cut back on the suggestions for returning customers unless asked for something different. Thank you

  I should start by saying I don’t have anything nice to say about this location and the workers. Did you just hire them off the streets? These people do not know what they are doing! If you want a horrible haircut & disrespectful hair stylists then this is the place to go! Tara was awful, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! When asked to speak to a manager, she laughed and said “we don’t have one” as if that’s how it works. There is always a manager present in any work place. She said that so she wouldn’t get in trouble when she really should be fired.

  This place is an absolute joke. I walked in expecting a simple haircut — something they should at least be capable of doing — and left with one of the most ridiculous, rude, and uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a business. While trying to get my haircut, I was snapped at by some girl named Tara, who apparently thinks being disrespectful is part of the job description.
  I called back, trying to do the adult thing and speak with a manager. Big mistake. Guess who answers? Tara — of course. She had the audacity to laugh and tell me there is no manager, then hung up on me like a child. Completely unprofessional.
  I went in with nothing but kindness, and in return got nothing but smugness, attitude, and straight-up disrespect. But honestly, I shouldn’t be surprised. It’s Great Clips — bottom of the barrel. I gave them a chance, and they blew it in the worst way possible. This place is awful, the people are worse, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If you're thinking of coming here — don't. Save yourself the time, money, and dignity.

  I have been getting my haircut at Great Clips for about 20 years now. The people are absolutely the best. They are very professional and personal. Jen has cut my hair for most of that time. Now Rosette is cutting my hair and doing an awesome job. 10 Stars.

  Would be zero stars if possible.
  Ask for a layer haircut to the shoulder
  Ended up sides just below my ear lobe.
  Back not even to the nape of my neck and chopped so badly I'm wearing a hat to work out of embarrassment.
  The ladys name was Tara .
  Wow save yourself don't have her cut your hair .
  There was a lady on the right hand side of the shop with white hair that I watched cut a ladies hair right before my hair cut and she did a beautiful job I wish to God I would have had her cut my hair because this is going to take months to grow out
  Enough for someone to give me a decent haircut again.
