A very caring and concerned approach. Thoroughness to cover all aspects of the injury and follow up with the sharper necessary. This is my second time there since I have just recently moved from Coco. I will continue to use guidewell for emergency practice.

Our check in went very smoothly since we had done our paper work on line. My husband went in for stomach pain and bloating so we wanted an X-ray of his stomach area. They performed a ECG and told us there was an abnormality. The women who performed the ECGWas rude and defiant, she miss treated my husband by pulling the ECG cords out of his chest aggressively! After being there for hours they gave us our results and we went home. It turns out that we ended up receiving someone else’s ECG results in our paper work! Major mistake! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!

I have had a very good experience. The staff is marvelous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this organization if needed. Clean, respectful, very knowledgeable and professional people. This makes an illness tolerable.

Well right now I have been in a room for over an hour and the doctor or NP hasn't come to see me. Right now, we have more than three and they have not offered us a blanket for the cold, double displeasure, health and attention from you!!

I came to GuideWell ER because I had fallen and was in pain. I called, got an appointment that morning. I filled out paperwork online and was taken almost immediately. All staff is proficient, and caring. I was also seen during Covid, and my treatment was excellent. Thank you staff!

I LOVE this place. So much faster than any emergency room. I have ever been to. Making an appointment online and submitting my info ahead of time is so easy and efficient. The staff is thorough, caring and professional. Have always been extremely pleased.

One Sunday March 03,3024. I visited the Ocoee location along with several other times. On Sunday I ended up with a male doctor that went above and beyond in taking care of the medical issue I went for. It was extremely busy therefore there was a wait but well worth it. The doctor, nurse and medical staff that actually ended up caring for me was wonderful. I highly recommend Guidewell for any medical issue that would arise with you or your loved ones. Thanks for the great care guys.

doctors are professional and quickly assess problem and cure. Also very affordable compared to others. Better then trying to schedule appointment with primary care doctor, same day service.

I had read about guidewell as an alternative to a hospital ERWhat a great choice, lets be honest nobody wants to go to the ER!!!!!From the second I walked in I knew I made the right choice, The paramedic, Chris came in within 2 mins hooked me up to EKG checked my vitals super nice guy very professional. All bloodwork and x-rays done immediately onsite two other RNs visited then Dr Dotson came in fantastic bedside mannerThankfully there was nothing wrong with after the test and bloodwork Dr Dotason swung by again to see if I had any other questions and Chris handled my dischargeAwesome experience Highly recommend

I have gone twice, and on both occasions I have had an excellent experience, they have serious and trained doctors, very friendly nurses, and the ability to perform a large number of exams. Without a doubt, it is my preferred place in Orlando for a medical emergency.
