Most recent visit normal service completed in timely and professional manner. Had a couple extra concerns that were analyzed and discussed solutions. A month ago I had a strong gas smell coming from car. Determined it was dangerous to drive as such and repaired it as soon as possible. Personnel are friendly and cordial. Pricing is very reasonable.

Amazing work! The service was so easy to get done and they went above and beyond by checking my ac that wasn’t working right. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs any repairs or even just an oil change. The staff was extremely helpful.

After many wasted trips to Fields BMW, Winter Park, I took my son’s car to Highline. They diagnose the car, repaired needed issues, and we’re back on the road and happy. Fields who???

High Line Service and Repair has been our go-to shop for years, and they never disappoint! Recently, we had a hitch installed on our vehicle, but the lid wouldn’t open. We called High Line, and Zach was incredible—he let them bring the vehicle right over and quickly fixed the issue. Their service is always top-notch, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and their prices are fair. We truly appreciate the quality and reliability they provide. Highly recommend!

I took my 2013 Mercedes in to fix an oil leak and for a front end noise. After two and a half weeks and over $6K in charges, I got my car back with the exact same issues plus a couple of additional issues. This shop wanted an additional $1800+ to fix the oil leak and other issues they failed to fix the first time. This is not the same shop as in past years and is under new ownership. I was ripped off.
Also a lot of recent reviews from reviewers with only 2 or 3 reviews...a little suspicious.

Been going here since 2018. Under new ownership snd very pleased with first service. Zach is very helpful and personable doing everything to provide a great experience. Technicians seem very capable to handle any car, mine a C300 2011 Mercedes needed a new wheel strut.

I was hesitant to return to High Line after a bad experience with the previous management, but Zach put my mind at ease. The work was done quickly and professionally, new management is great. I'll definitely be back.

Have been taking my Mercedes there for 6 years. Always great service. When no one returned calls in December and again in March, drove there and spoke with the service manager who stated he could not make an appointment as he did not have access to the schedule. He had me leave my name/phone number on the receptionist desk. Again no return phone call so drove there again only to notice the building is now vacant. No notice to customers, no note on the door or update on their phone greeting.

The technicians should really wear gloves or have some kind of disposable wheel/floor liners before dirtying up the interior of the car with oil and grease.
