Shipping was fast. Packaging was secure & kept warm. Snake was healthy. Snake has done well & eaten. Customer service is on point. Plus we placed our order right after a hurricane & just before another & they still did an awesome job all the way around.

Hands down the best store for all your reptile needs. I’ve made a 2 hour drive multiple times a month, every month just to shop with them. Great customer service with a knowledgeable staff, healthy animals and a good selection of various products.

Great place to shop for your reptiles All reptiles are sold at reasonable price. You will be comfortable spending on a new reptile the same day with the help of making shore you leave with all the necessities needed for your reptile. I left out the same day with one of their pied ball pythons and a few necessities for my enclosure I can say I walked out with a five star review with them

I'm very pleased that I ordered from Imperial Reptiles. The Theraphosa stirmi I purchased was big, healthy and loves to eat. I sent them an email with some questions about my purchase and they responded quickly and answered my concerns in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to do future business with them.

My boyfriend and I have been seeing imperial reptiles on social media for quite a while now and decided to make the almost 2 hour trip up here. We have been to so MANY reptile stores and can say that this one, by far, impressed us. From the amazing prices to the employees, it was by far one of the best ones i’ve seen. I want to give a special recognition to Ty and Bryan who were super knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the items we were getting. They were super nice and that alone stood out from the other establishments. I will absolutely be making the drive up again to come and purchase my future reptiles and bioactive set ups!

Came here today just to look at the ball pythons and left with tons of information. I came in about right when they opened and even then Tyree helped me as soon as I walked in. He answered all of my questions, showed me every one I liked, and let me hold them while standing there with me. I have never been a snake person and he made sure I was comfortable and informed about their temperament and behavior. I also got my bearded dragon from here a couple years ago and it was a good experience then too. I could not recommend this place enough.
