If you ever need your taxes done this is the best location to go !! Mr Richardson make sure he goes above and beyond to prepare your taxes. The staff are very professional and very friendly and they make sure you have an understanding of everything that's going on couldn't ask for a better service.☺️ ?

I wanna thank Richardson for his great customer service but the fact that I've used Jackson hewitt for yearssssss and for them to constantly keep giving me the bare minimum on my early tax advance I've always done my taxes with them from the beginning to the end and have always paid my loan back this is unacceptable not returning next year I don't like how republic bank operates and nothing gets done

This morning my husband and I had an appointment to get our taxes done. We have been with JH customers for many years. It was a great pleasure to have Mr Eustache prepared our paperwork. He was very professional with his work, absolutely kind, knowledgeable and caring. He explained to us what he was doing. We will recommend him to others and come back next year. I ended up calling first and making an appointment to drop off my paperwork and have them reach back out to me later. I dropped it off, and in less than an hour my taxes were done and they had my refund amount. I did have to turn around and go back to the office and sign my documents. It was fast and painless, as I’m a very busy person that works a lot. Best location I could have chosen for my tax needs.

I had an appointment at 10:00 and my J/H representative greeted me and we got started and we were finished and I was out the door 40 minutes later. Very happy.
