This store shd be out of business & officially closed. I certainly hope they don't retain their salon personnel (salon & store mgr & stylists) & transfer internally.
They are horrid. My hair was purposefully damaged. The stylist was suppose to dye my grey hair close to my natural youth color but she dyed my hair burgundy, which isn't a color that occurs in nature.
She stated, "I didn't have a #3 so I mixed a #5 & #6." I said, Did you have a #2 & #4 because that makes more sense. In an attempt to correct the matter, she applied a bleach stripper, post relaxer & perm color, instead of semi-perm.
She was suppose to have me sign the card for any chemical application bef applying the solution, but she did not.
When I saw my card, I was shocked. I called for the mgr & my card disappeared. The mgr stated, "We don't show you as a client, ever. I showed her my online visa debit receipts.
Apparently, the stylist said I had prop bef. entering the salon. You cannot relax nor color zero hair. I showed the mgr pics of me @ an event the day bef my appt, shoulder length hair.
She insisted it was a wig. I said, If you cannot tell the dif bet a wig & real hair I feel sorry for your clients. I then showed her my baby, grade school, & high school pics showing that my hair has always been natural.
I'm an articulate prof. They called the store mgr to escort me out of the salon because they didn't want their clients to know the bef & after effect of their services.
I was deescalating by purposefully whispering but the salon mgr & stylist were loud & yelling. I pointed out their behavior & the store mgr wanted me out even more than bef.
I gave my hair a break & went to my former JCP salon. When I walked in the stylist yelled, "What did you do to your hair! We're going to have to cut it all off to a man-cut!" I explained the situation & she called the corporate office & the salon manager. I was her client for 15 yrs bef moving.
Later, I found out fm a fellow Christian that the staff discriminates against American Christians, as they are fm tropical countries that practiced paganism.
FYI--The store mgr had the hairstyle of a 3-yr older child, plait hair, not braided, plaits.

I want to thank Cathy at JC Penny in West Oaks mall, who after receiving a call from Quinn at the Altamonte Springs mall, searched her store both in the front and the stock room till she found what I needed Both these women were polite, friendly and professional, going above and beyond and taking the time to help me.
