Ok so five years on we returned to kanesGreeted very warmly by Sandy, she took a lot of time pointed out all the different options we finally decided on a sectional Sandy was superb no pressure very informative and please sure to work withWhat a great experience on Sunday I had been browsing online and decided to go up to the storeI was greeted by the manager who then introduced me to Mark Gandino the sales repWithin two mins he found me the item I had been looking for and then my fiancee found a different set, but of course she wanted to mix and match the tables!!!!!! No Problem says Mark ! he got the exact package we needed we went up to the desk and again few minutes all done!36 months zero interest delivery date set upMark even double checked to make sure the correct discounts were applied. Store very clean and appealing. Sales staff very friendly and helpful. After getting dimensions on a sectional I went home and measured my living room and made the purchase the next day. Very happy with Kanes. We loved dealing with Hanover.
