The most rude service I've ever had ANYWHERE. The lady who was working was rude and hateful. If you don't like your job quit and if you don't want to do your job and be kind and friendly then you should be fired! Kindness costs NOTHING!

My wife has had good food from this location and they do have a nice interior appearance so I can't fully write them off. However, we won't be back to this location anytime soon. I placed an online order to be picked up two hours later because I was excited to try their new Beyond Chicken nuggets. I got the confirmation email and we made the trip to the store, hungry and curious. We had ordered the nuggets meal and a chicken sandwich. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted despite being the only one in the restaurant and three employees not busy behind the counter. Nothing was at the pick-up shelf for online orders even though it was 3:30, the time my order should have been ready, so I asked about it. The clerk looked up at a monitor and said, "oh sorry, we are out of the Beyond chicken nuggets. You can tell the customer." I was confused but then realized they thought I was a driver for Uber Eats and had not prepared the meal. I explained I was the customer and was told that since they had sold out of the nuggets they had not made any part of the order. This was disappointing. Why was I able to place the order of the food? The manager, Lydia, told me that they had been out of them all day and they don't have blank way of contacting the customer. This is strange since of course I had to put complete contact information into their app before ordering. So no effort was made to help or let me know before I wasted a trip there. I asked what could be done and Lydia said she could give me chicken strips instead. I personally don't eat chicken (my partner was going to eat the chicken sandwich) so I asked if anything else could be offered. She said I could call tomorrow to check if they had the Beyond chicken in stock. This didn't feel helpful and Lydia didn't seem to care that I had been inconvenienced. I asked if she could refund my money and she said that she could not. I needed to call the 800 number because it was an online order. I was sorry to hear that KFC gives her so little power that she can't even refund the money or offer appeasement to a customer that had been let down. So I went outside and called corporate asking for a refund and after five minutes got a person on the line that was able to arrange a refund. I asked him if he was able to do anything else to make this right and he explained he was only authorized to apologize. What a terrible system! I have a very long history with KFC going back to the 1970s and being from Kentucky sort of have a feeling of ownership with the franchise. Lydia and her online doppelgänger have left a terrible taste in my mouth and corporate hasn't responded to a survey where I explained the same. Too bad. If you are lucky enough to get your order, I can say their food has been good. The service, just atrocious.

I love the fact that the state of Florida created a mall toll road rest stop for the pedestrians who are driving on the highways. The Turkey Lake Service Plaza has a few different places to eat and rest up for the long trips. This KFC Express location helped feed me and get me right

I think KFC fried chicken is always the best. I drove by the chick fil a to get here. Very clean and friendly and the chicken was delicious. Sides were nice and hot!

kFC has rude customer service. They try to upsale without your permission. The customer service rep acted like she wanted to jump on us when she got our order wrong.

I normally don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants but when they are either really really horrible or they are extremely great .. We have visited this location from time to time and the service is always great the food is KFC finger licking good lol.. Today's visit Mr.Gerald at the counter made my visit with my daughter extra special, he gave her a free soda cup...as her eyes lit up with sugar LOL.. little things like that goes a long way ..Thanks again Mr.G and staff tonight !!!

It's pretty much what you expect out of a fast food fried chicken place. I am absolutely in love with their Nashville Hot Chicken. When they choose to provide enough sauce with the chicken the flavor is amazing and spicy. This is pretty much all I order from here
