Had a great experience shopping at Ocoee La-Z-Boy. Rob Chandler the sales consultant introduced himself and then allowed us to browse at will. He was very professional and often checked on us and provided information as we asked. The professional designer also was helpful and provided help with materials and colors. Overall a satisfying shopping experience.

My family and I had a very pleasant experience at this store. Keith was very helpful and knowledgable about the furniture, and was intentional about helping us find the couches and chairs that fit our needs. We will definitely continue to shop at this La-Z-Boy store!

Very pleased!! The store is well stocked with merchandise and warm, welcoming.
Keith Schmalz took time to learn my likes and dislikes by offering multiple recliners for me sit and try out. I did find just what I wanted; now I just have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for it to be delivered. I am looking forward to enjoying my recliner!

We have been long time La-Z-Boy customers and I didn’t think they could get any better. We were in search of a sofa and were hoping we could get something delivered by Christmas. Kristina and Sandra worked patiently with us, listening to our preferences. They have charismatic personalities and made the experience fun. We found a sofa quickly and they worked their magic to have the sofa delivered in 4 days! Outstanding!

We were extremely impressed! Our sales person, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and could immediately show us what we were looking for. Anthony spent time with us, showed concern, and cared for our needs without us feeling pressure. He was outstanding and we felt he did everything he could to give us a very fair price.

I really used to love La-z-boy. Now I wouldn't go back if they were giving it away for free. My husband and I were looking for either 2 rocker recliners or one loveseat with recliners. We don't have a good power source in this room so we thought we needed something manual. The salesman showed us a couple recliners and one loveseat that was manual. Otherwise he was too busy on his phone. After about 15 minutes we walked out and went to Hudson's furniture. We told the salesman what we were looking for and he mentioned an option I wasn't familiar with, rechargeable batteries for recliners and loveseats! This ended up being the option we went with and immediately purchased a power loveseat that was so much nicer and cheaper than the one at La-z-boy. La-z-boy, you have lost my business forever! Terribly overpriced and lousy sales people!

Kennedy Loveseat
On 11/12/25 I bought this loveseat at the Ocoee, FL store and was told by Sandra Cheshire that there were 6 in stock at the store so I could get delivery on the 15th and it was.
However, I’m very disappointed with the condition of the product. The dust cover was torn and hanging underneath. The filling on one of the back cushions wasn’t evenly distributed, leaving the corner upholstery folded and crumpled. There also seem to be some hard lumps in the filling.
This is not the quality/workmanship I have experienced in my previous La-Z-Boy purchases and hope these things will be corrected or a replacement delivered.

I paid for a brand new recliner and the salesperson Robby gave me the floor model after telling me it was new. Very unprofessional and inexcusable. I had to drive all the way to the distribution center (over a half an hour away) to get a replacement. Wish they would’ve fixed this problem better for me.
