This is the WORST LabCorp around. I'm not sure why it is always so busy and always runs hours behind schedule. I usually go to the one in Walgreens in Winter Garden. I had an appointment there and when I arrived it was temporarily closed and I wasn't notified ahead of time. I was fasting and forced to come to this location. It's been over an hour wait for me and others have been here for a lot longer. This place is horrible.

I walked in at 8am, 6 hours later I’m still waiting. Definitely don’t recommend this location. Very horrible experience and will never be back!

I've been dealing with terrible service for a week now, trying to schedule my routine exams. Every place is consistently crowded, with few staff members who seem quite stressed. The appointment dates are ridiculously far in the future, and I'm not even using health insurance – I'm paying out of pocket. If I had known the service was this bad, I would have gone to a different provider.

Worse experience ever, don’t recommend this location at all! This place really needs help, came in at 11am and it’s now 1:30pm and im still waiting on a simple drug test. Smh and the lady at the front counter has horrible customer service.

You 101 % right and very bed employee and working atmosphere is also not good. Some of the good hard working people in side but they are not seen on the front. they doing hard work and standing 8 hrs and draw only blood work. i am not suggest for as a employee join this place !!!!

This location is so slow and the service is awful. We checked in electronically and waited for more than two hours. There is no one at the desk to help.

The worse labcorp I ever been to. Terrible customer service and the building was filled with people waiting to have work done. They either need to hire more employees to services the area or don’t service the area at all. People shouldn’t have to wait a hour for bloodwork especially if they have appointments.

Never have staff never have appointments I wish this wasn’t the closest location to my home! Every time I come to this location it’s an issue!

If I could have give 0 stars it would. Had 10am appointment. Did see me until 11. Then to make me furious I got locks and told me to take my stocking off my head for a drug test. Wow

My 96 year old mom has an appointment for 12. We got there early to check in. It took till 1258. The phlebotomist was very nice. However the front desk lady was very rude.

How do you open at 6am and then have to get ready. Staff should come in a few minutes earlier to get computers up and running and to get dressed. It's 6:21am and no one has been called back because they are getting ready. Staff is not friendly they are rude and feel as though you are bothering them. A older lady asked a question and the front desk lady just told her to have a seat! She could have taken a few seconds to address her. There is no privacy. I was called up about my insurance and was asked for a credit card the front desk was very loud! Could that have not been done in the back? A long line out the door 6am to sign in at the kiosk, but staff is walking around talking and laughing. they could have taken some of the people at the desk. But no they continuedd with their conversation with co workers. The tech came to the door to call a name but no one heard her she said the name but turned around and started talking and laughing with a coworker and everyone in the lobby was asking the name but she continued her talking and once she was finished she called the name again. I would not come here again!

I've been here once before and didn't experience anything particularly remarkable last time, but my most recent wellness visit left a lasting impression. I came in as a walk-in and checked in via kiosk- super convenient. I was called to the front desk relatively quickly, and then was seen within less than 10 minutes.I don't know if the phlebotomist was having a particularly good day at 6am, but I've never had such a positive experience getting my blood drawn. I didn't really pay attention to his name, but he had a beard and did his best to make the experience comfortable. In my experience, most phlebotomists barely look you in the eyes, and work with the clear purpose of stabbing you with a needle, collecting what they need, and moving on. He addressed me, tried to distract from the needle with conversation, and addressed me like a real person instead of a task. Very much appreciated.

Absolutely the worst… I had an appointment and still wasn’t seen until a hour later. They explained that they wanted to get out the people that were previously in there as walk- ins to clear the front room before the could take my 2 appointments.
